| BraveHeart, no, between him and my other one, I just accept being drowned by hair. He also doesn't shed too bad, like I said, so I just brush a lot... every day. But oof, yeah. That doesn't sound super fun. I know when my mom was pregnant, we had a really well-trained dog and she still struggled a ton with just keeping up with him. :( |

| Hades - Do you take your Shepherd to the groomers at all? She's undergoing a lot of training right now that I'm trying to enforce, with a baby due next year and needing to get her fixed still, and being in the process of moving and needing her to be around our cats... shit's hectic :'D |

| Oh no. I have a German Shepherd too but fortunately he keeps the fur bombing to a minimum and I'm not allergic. Struggling to breathe is pretty serious, just be careful! It's good you don't have to rehome her, though. Lots of people do, even for much milder allergies. |

| Hades, I'm allergic to dogs specifically around shedding season and my German Shepard has been shedding like crazy the past few weeks but as of today specifically and going forward, any physical contact I have with either her or whatever she's touched (a blanket or whatever) my airway closes up and I struggle to breath. Plan doesn't change for keeping her, I just have to be extremely diligent about washing my hands or washing what she's touched. |
