Introduction
In a world untouched by humans, wolves dominate the world. On top with ease, no troubles. For millions of years, each House has lived without any trouble. Sharing resources, trading, creating treaties, and living among each other without a singular issue. The world was seemingly perfect. No war. No turmoil. No sudden change of heart from one of the Houses. Nobody even bothered to question if someone would turn against one of the Houses.
However, there was something worse coming for the three Houses.
Of course each world has their own gods - it’s just something that all Houses knew. However, what they didn’t know was that even their own did. Nobody had heard myths or stories about said gods for ages. Not since the first generation landed on this world, which was roughly three million years ago. Since then, the stories had gotten lost in time, and eventually, just stopped. Nobody worried about a god cursing them for their crimes or a ritual happening and a sacrifice needed to complete said ritual - it was simply unheard of.
However, because of a recent disagreement between the three Houses, something has been stirring in the shadows. While each wolf is focused on defending what is rightfully theirs, that is suddenly the least of their concerns. The Ruler of All - the King of All Gods - has finally made his presence known, first by mysteriously killing each of the Kings and Queens of each house, causing their heir to lead. That being said, it sent all Houses into a frenzy, thus making them work together… Again.
But because these celestial beings can’t do anything simple, they have begun to release their own little twists in the world. Dark beings, hunting members of each of the Houses, possessing them, killing them in menacing ways, anything of the like. However, there is a reason to this madness.
The gods have returned to the world they created, alongside the Ruler of All, and they’re back to take what is rightfully all theirs. The Houses must come together in order to prevent this from happening and keep what they have worked so hard to protect. The only question is can their basic instinct even save them? | "That thing that lurks in the shadows - it will haunt us. It will hunt us. Whoever, or whatever is doing this, they will know our wrath. We will stop this." Plot
In order to stop the gods and the Ruler of All from destroying the Houses and their world, two wolves from each House have been chosen based on their unique abilities to prevent this from happening. They must delve deep into the history of their world and uncover the secrets to prevent this from happening.

World InformationThe world is made up of one continent and one continent only. The continent is referred to as ‘Homeland’. It is filled with plenty of deep caves to explore and high mountains to scale. There are plenty of hidden areas, mostly because of how the Gods created the world. Homeland is roughly nine hundred miles wide, thus making travel rather slow considering the wolves don’t have any special transportation. There is a desert-like area to the west, a mountain range, and plenty of forest. As mentioned before, there are plenty of undiscovered places within Homeland, though each general area that surrounds the Houses has been thoroughly searched. However, there are ancient tombs, runes, abandoned camps, and some other… mysterious things. Basically, there's more than what meets the eye.
LocationsCredit: Inkarnate, made by 73615There are four major locations, three of them being the locations of the Houses.
House Whitstrong -- Dark Blue DotThis area is claimed by the House of Whitstrong, claiming the forest and the clearing within it. The trees are a mix of great oaks and pine trees, a small creek running through as their water source. The forest is lush here, many deer roaming the area. In the center of this clearing though is the camp, made up of tipi-like huts. These are made from sticks, binded together by thin tree bark, and placed into the ground and on top are thick hides that the House has gathered over the years. The area is the most flush, and has the most prey. To the other Houses, it's the best for trading when in need of food, especially during Snowfall. They have the most amount of prey, though there are some bears that may lurk there and become a threat. Otherwise, this area is rather secluded and easy to keep safe, considering there's really only one entrance - that being the western border since there are no trees there. House Brewburn -- Purple Dot Located and nestled away in the hills, this House is protected by just that - the hills. They do get plenty of storms and heavy winds due to being so close to the coast, though nothing has ever been that harsh. Their dens are carved into the side of said hills, each den being neatly decorated depending on who's residing in it. They go roughly five feet into the side of the hill, and can fit up to ten wolves if needed. They have their own personal belongings, and on top of that, each mouth of said caves are covered by hides, each representing their rank. Bear being the highest, and a singular rabbit's being the lowest. They are known for having good material, especially things like hides, because they dry out quite easily and become sturdy.
House Silverborne -- Orange Dot This House's location is the most exposed. They have no coverage at all and they do get a lot of rain and snow. It is quite barren here, and to be honest, it is not the most ideal place to live. These wolves live in whatever it is they can find. Some have dug into the ground, some have built small huts, some even just sleep on a hide. Whichever it is, their definition of comfort definitely isn't safe. The best thing they have to offer is their prey, though there isn't much of it. But they are good protectors, so maybe that's something.
Capitol -- Light Blue Dot In the desert is the Capitol. The Capitol is where all of the wolves gather every few months to update treaties, make new ones, make trades, etc. Basically just sorta like an inventory. This place is super barren, but the actual Capitol is hard to get to. It is an ancient ruin, though it still stands, and has been used since the first generation landed on Homeland.
Predators Bears Mountain Lions Banished Wolves And now, the Gods and the Ruler of All
Prey Rabbits Deer Elk Moose Mice Birds
Monsters Because of the fact that the Ruler of All and the gods have decided it would be fun to plant disgusting creatures on Homeland, there have been some recent sightings of said creatures. They only come out at night, making them nocturnal. Some have said that they are bat-like, others wolf-like. This has created the theory that these monsters can shapeshift into whatever they please. They also have a mimicry power, allowing them to sound like someone who you may know who is injured. During the day, they are no where to be found. But at night, it's best to keep your eye out. | Edited at August 2, 2022 11:33 PM by Bruiser

Deities
The Deities, or Gods, or whatever you want to call them, consist of eight. These eight were the ones, aside from the Ruler of All, who created this world and planted the first generation onto Homeland. Below are some descriptions of each.
Priscilla The eldest of the eight, Priscilla is the Goddess of fertility, marriage, and love. Her heart is a gentle one, and she is known as the mother of the eight. She takes on the appearance of a rather elegant she-wolf, possessing antlers like that of an elk, vines growing on her alongside mushrooms, and she appears as though if she lied down, she would grow into the ground below her. She is the mate of Kaan.
Kaan Kaan is the second oldest, and the mate of Priscilla. He is the God of death and war. He is cold and quiet and calculating, and doesn't always have much to say. He takes on the form of a raggedy-looking male, a bit larger than your average wolf, and is scarred. He is blind in both eyes.
Anxo Anxo is the only offspring of Priscilla and Kaan, and is the God of the sun and the moon. He is quite talkative and sarcastic, normally creating awkward conversations though he is surprisingly intelligent. He takes on the form of a smaller male wolf who is pure white with daring yellow eyes.
Drystann Drystann is the brother of Kaan, and is the God of healing and kindness. He is a soft-spoken male, though he is straight to the point. His chosen appearance is simply an average-sized male gray wolf. There isn't much special to his appearance.
Senka Senka is the Goddess of darkness and shadows. She is a rude little thing, constantly looking for an argument and is tempered. Her chosen appearance is that of a crow - easy to see from above, and easy to see in the night. However, she will sometimes join her other gods as a small gray wolf.
Achar Achar is the Goddess of tricks and pranks. If you couldn't pick up, she's mischievious and always looking for some sort of trouble. She is considered to be rebellious and has the tendency to start arguments as she has no filter whatsoever. Her form is that of an off-white she wolf with dark green eyes.
Tanith Tanith is the Goddess of the sea. She is a prideful female, and is very honest and trustworthy. She likes to think things through. Her form is a brown-looking wolf with yellow eyes. She is a bit on the smaller end of the spectrum.
Arcane Arcane, the youngest, is the God of mysteries and secrets. As if that is suppose to be misleading, he is just that - he lies, keeps secrets, and is quite the mastermind. He takes on the appearance of a larger, stocky male wolf that is gray in color and has almost white eyes. | "These gods that you speak of, they are nothing like what we've seen or even heard. They're not from this world, which is why we can't let them take ours." Important Characters
These characters are either dead, NPCs, or just pertain to the story. They are characters that you can have your own character be related to, be friends with, mates, etc (with the exception of the Ruler of All). If you want other characters added here, please let me know!
The Ruler of All This fucking guy is probably the most important out of everyone. He created the gods, the world, the Houses, and none of them really know it. He knows all of the secrets of the world, and holds ultimate power over everything and everyone. What the gods do he can honestly do better. Not much is known about him, and it's said that he takes on the form of many things, the main thing being a very large moose, almost zombie-looking or as though he just crawled out of a swamp.
Lord Tybalt Lord Tybalt was the Lord (leader) of House Whitstrong before being killed by the gods. He has three offspring, one of which has taken his spot, and was known was one of the best Lords within the generations.
Lord Artus Lord Artus was the Lord of House Brewburn, only have two daughters, one of which taking his spot. He wasn't very popular, though he had respect and was someone you could admire.
Lady Ada Lady Ada was the Lady of House Silverborne, being one of the few Ladys to have ever ruled on her own. She had no offspring due to having no mate, but she did in fact have a sister and a brother. She was super respected for the fact that she was a female ruler. | Edited at August 3, 2022 12:17 AM by Bruiser

The 3 Houses
The three houses have never seen war. Of course there have been disagreements, though all of their treaties have stood and none have ever been challenged. But recently, due to the deaths of Lords and Ladys, the Houses have begun slowly turning on one another, creating some problems regarding their new leaders. But because of the recent turn of events, the Houses have agreed to put that past them and focus on defending Homeland.
Rank System
Yes, they each follow the same ranking system.
Lord/Lady This rank is the most respected rank. Each Lord has a Lady, or each Lady has a Lord - whichever comes first. However, there have been some occassions where it's simply one or the other, not both, resulting in no heirs. Though, they can appoint a 'next-in-line' sort of wolf, whoever they deem fit. Sometimes this role will go to a sister or brother if they accept it. Anyways, they have the ultimate say and make the choices for the House, and they can rule however they please. Their word is law, and should always be treated with utmost respect. They are to be addressed by their title with a head bow. This rank can be challenged for, though if they lose, they are exiled.
Executioner Each leader needs a good executioner. This wolf is the second most dominant and respected, and is banned from having any sort of offspring. They have a devotion to the leaders, and are sworn to protect them and the House at all costs. They basically act as a second-in-command, helping to enforce rules. In the Lord/Lady's absence, they will take over. If there are no heir and they haven't chosen someone, they become the next Lady/Lord. They have no specific requirement of when being addressed. This rank cannot be challenged for because it is a hand-picked rank, not based on dominance. And yes, they will execute others at the Lord/Lady's request.
Heir The offspring of the Lord/Lady. Sometimes they are not truly by blood, but rather a child they took in under their wing. Whichever it is, they are next in line to lead - that is if the Lord/Lady doesn't simply just choose someone else because they can do that. Regardless, they are to be protected at all costs. While there may be multiple heirs, only one can rule, so it goes by age. Obviously, this rank cannot be challenged for.
War General This wolf is knowledgable in war, and knows how to lead a battle. They have probably seen a little too much in their lifetime, and have been deemed as one of the most respected warriors out of the House. They lead all hunts and all parties and know the best hiding places and where to hunt. This rank cannot be challenged for.
Warriors Self-explanatory. This makes up most of the House, and these wolves are used for battle and hunting. They take orders directly from the War General. Obviously, this rank cannot be challenged for.
Apothecary This wolf is knowledgable in healing properties regarding the plants and other resources they have on hand. They are basically the medic, and have gone through plenty of training to know what they're doing. No, this rank cannot be challenged for. They will tend to the ill, help with births, and replenish any wounds a wolf may have. They are very trusted by all. They also have two apprentices.
Subordinates This also makes up the bulk of the House. These wolves just do as they are told and keep everything going nicely. They help out as much as they can, and while not the lowest rank, not everyone in this rank is respected. This rank cannot be challenged for.
Mothers Pregnant wolves or wolves who are still nursing. They are to be protected at all costs. They will nurse until their pups are weened off of them, and until their pups are at least a month old, they will return to their normal ranks.
Pups The offspring of any mother. They are to be protected at all costs, and have a tendency to be known as 'The Future' of the Houses. They are trained by whomever, and will earn their rank based on how well they prove themselves. They earn their ranks by the age of 1, and normally become a subordinate before moving up further in the ranks.
Wisdom-Seekers Wisdom-Seekers are known as the elders. Retired wolves, they know just about anything there is to know about the world (at least from their own knowledge), and are great at giving advice. They are roughly 10-12 years old, thus dying around 13. These wolves are highly respected for what they have done for the House, and sometimes are still active within it. They are great story-tellers as well.
Finis A Finis is basically an omega. They are maybe newcomers to the House and aren't entirely trusted, or they have been demoted to this rank. They sleep outside of the camp and are not trusted at all, though their crimes were not great enough to put them in exile or execute them. They are not treated kindly whatsoever. | Edited at August 3, 2022 02:27 AM by Bruiser

Character Rules
1. Obviously, all of SixBear/Eve's rules apply and trump all.
2. Your will be 3-9 years of age.
3. Please be sure to keep all characters realistic. I don't want to see a very powerful wolf with no weaknesses, or a wolf with rainbow stripes.
4. Your character must have three strengths and three weaknesses - no exceptions.
5. No OP characters.
6. You're allowed only one character.
7. Please keep genders as even as possible.
8. While romance is not a big deal in this RP, it is fine to have mini sub-plots for. That being said, do not make romance the plot of the RP - that just isn't what it is.
9. Your character sheet must have at least 200 words in personality and appearance each. This simply proves your literacy. I will be checking, and no, I won't be making exceptions.
10. No, your characters will not be related to any of the gods, nor will they be related to the Ruler of All.
11. Don't have your character constantly running off, causing trouble - it's annoying, and honestly, it's frusturating to most players.
12. Your characters have some sort of bond, albeit new friends or best friends - but they all know each other somehow. Nobody is complete strangers.
13. I am going to be slightly picky when it comes to characters. I do not want to see the same copy-and-paste character. I want diversity. So please be creative! | "We are destined to do something great. Something that will change our lives and the future of Homeland forever." RP Rules
1. Again, Eve's rules trump all.
2. Type at least 300 words per post with proper grammar, capitalization, and punctuation. I understand writer's block, but 300 should be enough to keep everything going.
3. Have permission to harm/kill someone else's character.
4. Be sure to include everyone! This is not a 1x1.
5. If you have a question, please either PM me or ask in the discussion to prevent clogging this thread.
6. Swearing is fine as long as it isn't over-used.
7. Obviously, skip over explicit scenes if there ever is one.
8. Lastly, post at least once a week! That's all I ask. If you're going to be inactive or want to drop out, please do not just drop the RP.
9. Have fun! | Edited at August 3, 2022 01:15 PM by Bruiser

Roles
As stated before, there are two wolves from each House that have been chosen to go on this journey to uncover more secrets about the world and help prevent the gods and the Ruler of all from taking over. There is one male and one female from each, thus make three males and three females. They have no other choice but to go. Their ranks vary from Finis to Executioner. Each of them has this sort of specialty about them, maybe great hearing to having knowledge about the lands.

Name: Khione
Nickname(s): Ki, One. Called Ki-ki by those close to her.
Age: 5
Sex: Female
Role: Female of House Silverborne
Rank: Executioner
Appearance: This female stands with a sort of elegance in her stature. Perhaps it's the way her fur flows in the winds of the Homeland, or it's simply her general aura, but Khione holds herself at roughly twenty-two inches with a lithe and slender build, clear that she is female. Her face is slim, her muzzle being slightly narrow and coming to her black, inky nose. Her fur on her face is rather thin and short, and because of her white fur, Khione is easily spotted among the darkness of the world.
Her fur is a pur white, not much else to it. The texture is slightly rough due to some parts being rather matted, though for the parts that aren't, the fur is soft and almost as though she were a cloud - that's how soft it is. Edited at August 3, 2022 02:09 PM by Bruiser
