Topic King of HellxHuman
Plot Rylee Hunt is a human of earth, she has one or two friends, but no family. All her life she has just worked away, and her friends call her a work-aholic. She is not the purest of heart, but she is not the wickedest sinner to live. She definitely has her perks and her flaws. Rylee has been living an average life of work, home, and an occasional hang out with friends. Until she meets Iblis.
Iblis is the King of Hell, ever since Lucifer straight up disappeared, Iblis has taken over the role of king. He prefers to stay in hell and torment souls, however one day he chooses to go up to earth. And by luck, he manages to draw angels to him. Caught in an alley, the angels advance and attack. Well, Rylee is just walking by when she sees the fight happening. Thinking it is humans ganging up on another human and trying to rob Iblis, she steps in and saves him. After the angels flee, Iblis thanks Rylee and informs her he is in her debt.
Iblis disappears before Rylee can reply, leaving Rylee incredibly confused. However she just continues about her day, until that night whenever she goes to sleep.
Now, there is a legend about the full moon, concerning the living. Every full moon the barrier between life and death becomes thin. Often the dead are kept within heaven and hell, by angels and demons. However, for the living there is really no one to keep them on Earth. So sometimes a human soul will drift over while they sleep. If they land in Heaven, the angels can typically return their souls to their bodies at once. However if a human soul ends up in hell, they must wait until the sun rises when the light draws the soul back into the body.
Rylee happens to crossover into hell during the full moon, and as she wanders hell, a demon finds her and brings her to his king. There Rylee meets Iblis, recognizing him at once. In return for her help, Iblis treats Rylee more kindly then he typically would until the sun rises. When Rylee returns to earth, Iblis finds himself missing her company. And so he goes to earth, joining Rylee. At first, Iblis just kind of bugs Rylee, but eventually they start to fall for each other

She is tan from working outside. Her face is sort of round-ish though it curves into more of a sharper edge as it curves down towards her jawline, yet in no way does her face give off a baby-ish appearance. Her hair is a platinum blonde that is long and somewhat wavy, though she often prefers to keep her hair up in a ponytail, braid, or bun. Rylee has striking grey eyes that darken and lighten with her moods.
Rylee has a few scars here and there just from working on things at her house, then of course from work. Rylee is not one to typically wear makeup, but occasionally she puts on some base, or some blush, and on rare occasions she will actually put on makeup to go out in.
She typically wears dark themed clothes, black, dark blue, dark green, grey, etc. It is a very rare thing to find her in bright colors, and if you do find her in a bright color, then it is a shade of blue, her favorite color. She also does not dress up very much. She likes to stick to the basic pants, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. She'll put on a jacket or hoodie when she gets cold, or wear a tanktop when it gets hot. But she always wears some kind of pants, whether it be jeans or sweatpants. On a even rarer occasion she will dress up, put on a fancy top and some fancy pants, and maybe some short high heels. But the one thing that is practically impossible to get her into is a dress. TattoosOne is on her ribs, which is a medium sized black dragon that stretches out across her left ribs. She has another one on her inner right arm, which is a serpent that is wound around a scepter, it stretches from her wrist to her elbow. Then the final one is on her stomach, which is a simple design of a feather, which is on her lower right stomach area.Tattoo Pictures(Credits)(Credits)(Credits)PersonalityRylee is a quiet human being, she has two friends and that's it. She is definitely not one that rolls over and shows her belly. For her friends she is a lot more open and talkative then usual, but even then she is still somewhat withdrawn. It does surprise her that her friends stick with her, considering she only usually talks to them to set up a hangout(Like once every three weeks) or when they are hanging out. Iblis He uses the name Seth on earth Species Demon or Devil (Not sure if there is a difference) Job King of Hell Appearance He has slightly wavy black hair that he keeps in a short hairstyle. He leaves it to be messy in a wild and unkempt way. It often lightly tickles his ears and he thinks a bug is crawling around or someone is playing a prank on him. It isn't unusual to see him swiping at his head although the problem could be fixed by a few snips of a scissor. He has hair that falls onto his forehead so that he often has to flip it out of his eyes. The hair covers his medium sized eyebrows. There is nothing spectacular about them. They are flat in shape. He has strong chiseled features. His eyes are shadowed by deep brows. The shadow of his brows makes it ambiguous if you aren't paying attention, but they are clearly blue. There are darker flecks of blue and lighter flecks of blue. His eyes are almond shaped and he has medium lashes. He has a medium nose that is kind of sharp and pointed. He has a clearly defined bridge and the end of his nose is down turned. His jaw is sharp and jutted in a triangular shape. It is clearly visible, because he remains clean shaven. His cheek bones are lightly defined and the lines lead the eyes to his mouth. He has pinkish nude toned lips. They are medium in size as well, although he normally has his mouth twisted in some sort of smirk. He has light smile lines around his mouth. His skin is a light tan color, which is due to a natural skin tone rather than a sun created tan. He has a medium build. He does have defined abs, so he looks like he is in shape, but he isn't hulked out with large amounts of muscle. He stands at 5' 11". He has a fairly even rectangular build. No part of him is significantly thicker or thinner than any other part of him. His feet are on the small side for a man. His arms are a little short for his proportions, and his torso is shorter in his leg to torso proportions. His fingers are slightly on the longer side and they are a little thicker around the knuckles. He commonly wears gold rings on his fingers of various designs. He typically wears red clothes with black accents or neutral colors. Personality He is pretty cocky and sardonic. He's been around the block for quite a while and nothing seems that great anymore. He's accustomed to lies and excuses. He doesn't hang around with those who tries to stand up to him, and he has no real respect for anyone. Belittling others is easy entertainment. As far as he is concerned, he is the best thing around. After all, he managed to get control over Hell, and now he has legions following his orders. He is confident that he'll get his way. After centuries of giving commands and having them followed, it's an easy expectation to have. He is oblivious to others and their feelings unless he wants something from you. He tries to maintain a carefree aura and that he has it all. However, he is very strict with his underlings and not very forgiving. He expects his orders to be carried out effeciently. He is very selfish and always trying to twist a situation to his benefit whether it be getting entertainment to attaining something important. While he could seem like the brooding type, it just depends on his mood. When he gets bored he tends to be brazen and shameless not caring what others think. He is very stubborn. He isn't used to resistance and refuses to stand down. He can be charming if he wants to. "Woof, woof, woof!"
There was a groan from underneath a pile of sheets just kind of clumped together on the bed. "Woof, woof, woof!" A muffled voice floats out from under the sheets,"Maverick!" In return she received another round of barking, and with an annoyed grunt she kicks the sheets off of her. A young women emerges, blinking sleep from her grey eyes as she shoves her hair out of her face. "Really boy?" She grumbles, only half amused, her dog was at the back door barking. But the large dog had a powerful bark which could of course be heard all the way throughout the house and no doubt from outside as well. Which made her glad that she lived alone, and away from other people.
"Alright, come on, come on. I'll let you out." The large black dogs wags his tail furiously as his owner pads over to the back door, opening it for the dog to burst outside. A sigh-chuckle escapes her lips as she shuts the door. Glancing over at the clock on the kitchen stove, six forty five in the morning. She wasn't due for work until nine. She could have slept in for at least another hour and a half. So, with another sigh, the young women moves to the kitchen. Flipping lights on, then turning the stove on. She ducks down to dig inside her cabinet, digging for a skillet. And after a few seconds of digging, she emerges with a skillet, setting it down on the counter. She turns to the fridge, pulling out some stick butter. Humming to herself, she cuts some off and sticks it into the pan. Turning, she puts the butter back in the fridge.
The young women picks up the skillet, placing it on the now hot stove. Allowing the butter to melt slightly, before picking the skillet back up and moving the butter around as it melts. Next came the bacon from the fridge and after about ten minutes she had herself four pieces of bacon. Well, five, one for Maverick. "Woof, woof, woof!" A chuckle slips from her lips as she turns the stove off and moves to the back door, opening it. The large black dog bounding back inside. She shakes her head as she heads back into the kitchen after shutting the door. She quickly makes herself a bacon sandwich, throwing the fifth piece to Maverick.
She was quick to devour it, and then quick to clean up the kitchen. Next came feeding Maverick, and she pours three cups into his bowl, followed by filling his water bowl. Maverick moves over and starts to eat, tail wagging as his owner pats him on the back. The young women then heads to her bedroom, grabbing her work clothes then heading into her bathroom. It didn't take her long to shower and get ready. Which included: blow drying her hair, brushing her hair, and putting it up, getting dressed, and attaching her name tag on. It read, hello! I'm Rylee!
Then she was off to work. She arrived early and started early. It didn't take her very long to get everything done. All the animals were fed and watered, then she played with a few of them. And by noon, her superior had allowed her to leave. Typically, Rylee stayed till late afternoon. But she needed to go grocery shopping, and she decided it would probably be best to go while everyone else was at work. That was the grocery store was pretty much empty. So she got into her car, a silver 2019 challenger, and she was off to the grocery store. She did have to park a ways away from the grocery store, which was fine for her.
It was a beautiful day so she didn't mind walking. After parking and shutting off the car, Rylee climbs out and shuts the door behind her. She locks the car and starts the walk to the grocery store. It was only about two blocks away down main street. Because the grocery store was on main street, all of the parking spots were taken. Mainly because most of the buildings around it was where people worked. So of course they parked their cars along main street. Rylee hums to herself as she walks.

Iblis looked around his dark domain. He had a few demons serving him at the moment. He chose those who weren't of much importance or power to stay here and wait on him, but they still had to be competent. He hated a clumsy assistant. He was sitting on his couch bored. Although inactivity didn't affect him he remembered how humans hated boredom. What was that quaint saying of theirs? Inactivity is a devil's playground. It was about time that he had some fun on this playground. There was nothing for him to do here but waste time. He had given out the orders for the day so that he wouldn't be needed. Ahriman would be able to keep an eye on everyone and make sure they kept on track. He was also frightening enough to deal with any arguments that might break out. It was about time he took a look at what was happening on earth. That was what he had most of his demons doing anyway. They were supposed to go to earth and try to tempt people to do the wrong thing. They were normally invisible and they whispered in people's thoughts. Dumb humans thought it was their own mind suggesting it, and they almost always fell for it. He might try a little of that, but he always enjoyed being a visible stranger on earth. He picked a random place to appear on earth. It looked to be an average little town. He dressed casually trying to fit in with a red t-shirt and blue jeans as he began to amble down the street carelessly. He meandered slowly peeking into shop windows before moving on. He stopped in front of the grocery store, and he raked his messy hair away from his face as he took a look around. While it was a busy day, the grocery store seemed even busier than usual. “Ew. What are you humming?” His brow furrowed in confusion and he covered his ears with his hands for a moment. “Do you think anyone wants to hear that? You do not sound as good as you thought.” He found that a bad mood was simple and easy to spread. Many thought of the Devil as someone who was sly and manipulative. Iblis was not naturally as smooth. It took a lot of intentionality on his part. He could do that, but this was much easier and would probably spread farther than some manipulation of his. “Such an outdated car. You must be having a difficult time making ends meet if you don't have the most recent model. Seriously, are you a peasant from the middle ages? There is a car lot over on North Avenue. You could buy yourself a brand new shiny car. Mmmm. Lovely car scent, smooth driving. It'd be a lot of fun.” He began to walk away from the store before he tossed over his shoulder. "Why would you do something so boring and mundane? Maybe you should go somewhere where it's a lot more exciting." He pointed to a bar across the street. "Something like that. You can meet people and drink your worries away. What's better than that? Break free from your confines. Aren't you tired of doing the same thing? You've done it for how many years? You are going to have to do it until you retire or you die. You need a break. You deserve a rest." He moved on to another victim. The man was in his mid-forties and had dark brown hair. His skin was light, and he appeared to be the average joe. He wore jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. He must have the day off. "Those jeans." Iblis' face scrunched with distaste. "See that man's over there," he pointed to some guy in cowboy boots and a large western buckle. "Much more fashionable. You should ask where he got them and shop from there. Aren't you tired of going to a grocery store! You should go to the supermarket with all those lovely things to buy. You could be the envy of everyone you encountered. It's possible if you are just willing to spend a little and put some extra time into it." He held his nose for a moment waving his other hand in front of his face. "Your cologne is unbearable. I'd recommend a more expensive brand. They work for way longer and don't age badly as yours has." He moved on to the next person commenting on their hand. "Your hand is so drab." He held up his hand heavily decorated with rings. "I can see every wrinkle and vein. Maybe you should cover up with some nice gloves or jewelry." When he saw a married couple he moved their way. "You look so happy it's fake." He mimed throwing up. "The only way y'all could've stayed together this long is because you pretend that you are satisfied." He could see their faces trying to decide between horrified, angry, confused, and maybe even belief. "Why did you miss that chance with that assistant of yours? Waaay more good-looking than your partner here. And this ring could be soooo much more expensive. Do they really love you?" When he began to disengage and walk away, he heard one of them asking the other if they had ever met the random insulter. He continued encountering different people. He would wait to engage his next victim once he was out of the previous one's hearing and sight.

"Ew, what are you humming?"
Rylee stops in her tracks, her gaze flickering sideways. Her grey eyes study the man, he was a decently tall man, about average height. With wavy black hair that was incredibly messy. She noted cool blue eyes that stared at her and strong chiseled features. He was decently built, but what caught her attention the most was his next, quite harsh words. "Do you think anyone wants to hear that? You do not sound as good as you thought." Rylee laughs, half shocked,"Excuse me?" She had been humming, yes, but under her breath. Not loud enough to bother anyone and she certainly wasn't trying to impress anyone. She knew she wasn't good.
"Such an outdated car. You must be having a difficult time making ends meet if you don't have the most recent model. Seriously, are you a peasant from the middle ages? There is a car lot over on North Avenue. You could buy yourself a brand new shiny car. Mmmm. Lovely car scent, smooth driving. It'd be a lot of fun."
Grey eyes turn cold, she loved her car. Sure it would outdated and wasn't the world's most popular car, but it had a special place in her heart. And sure she wasn't the richest person, but she wasn't exactly poor. She made ends meet and she was satisfied. Rylee opens her eyes to fire back something, anything. But the man turns and walks off, throwing over his shoulder. "Why would you do something so boring and mundane? Maybe you should go somewhere where it's a lot more exciting. Something like that. You can meet people and drink your worries away. What's better than that? Break free from your confines. Aren't you tired of doing the same thing? You've done it for how many years? You are going to have to do it until you retire or you die. You need a break. You deserve a rest."
Rylee gaps in surprise after the man as he enters the grocery store, no doubt to go and try and make another person angry. Rylee shakes her head, taking a deep breath to control her emotions, before continuing on. She wasn't going to let a stranger ruin her day. So she continues on, still quietly humming to herself. Once she enters, she quickly found the man before, and went to avoid him. Snagging a basket before moving down the aisles, picking out food she needed as she went. Some more breakfast meals, some more meals for dinner.
Rylee also stopped for some books and some other things to entertain herself at home. Including some coloring books, some drawing pads, some more pencils, some more coloring supplies. She definitely managed to keep herself entertained at home, surprisingly. She also managed to keep her Doberman Pinscher entertained. Rylee also stops and picks up a few things for Maverick. Dog food, dog treats, and a few toys. The Doberman Pinscher would enjoy the new toys. He had ripped up his old ones and Rylee hadn't been able to get off and get some new ones for him. And the large male had made his displeasure of having no toys very clear, tearing up a few other things.
Rylee chuckles to herself as she finishes up shopping, Maverick was definitely a spoiled dog. Thankfully he was also an incredibly smart dog and he was still very fit, so he wasn't actually that incredibly spoiled. He could use some more help in the training area, but he was doing really well so far. In fact, Rylee was thinking of taking the male out for a run after she got home and put all the groceries up. Rylee moves to check out, swiftly checking everything out and paying. With all of the groceries in bags in the cart, she wheels it out to her car. It didn't take her very long to load everything and she returns to the grocery store to return the cart. On the way back to her car, she spotted the same man who had insulted her, and she slows down. Not wanting to encounter him again. He had already offended her once and she wasn't looking forward to getting insulted again.

Iblis’ frown deepened when she laughed. It grated upon his nerves. It was so high-pitched and harsh to his ears. Although it was awkward and filled with disbelief it still caused a deep wrinkle between his brows to form. How could she be laughing right now? The way he had addressed her wasn’t funny; it was rude and uncalled for. He peered down upon her haughtily with an examining gaze that searched for flaws. “I don’t think I will be excusing you.” He chose to misunderstand her. His voice was laced with hatred, “There is no reason for you to be so self-involved that you don’t think of other people. Keep that behavior at home.” A frosty expression hardened her face, and he had to fight the gleeful smile that wanted to spread across his lips. He noted that she wasn’t saying much. Maybe she was afraid of him. Maybe she was afraid that he would hurt her. Perhaps she was too angry to speak. Some people were so concerned about their image, maybe she didn’t want to draw more attention and cause a scene in public. Finally, he was getting to Ms. Happy Hummer. This was the way things were meant to be. This was what he was good at. He had to get out of there before he lost control. He wasn’t supposed to look happy. It would ruin his image. After going around spreading the bad mood, he found himself heading back towards the grocery store. He started to go around the side to see if there was anyone he could bother there. He stopped short when he noticed two particularly handsome men. They were too handsome. In a moment he knew that they were too perfect. They weren’t of this world. They were in their mortal forms, but Iblis recognized them for what they were. He turned, and he started to backtrack quietly. Perhaps they hadn’t noticed him. If they had, they would recognize him, as he was the most wanted by the Big Man Upstairs. Their heads shot up at the sound of footsteps. The motion in their peripheral must have caught their attention. He didn’t turn around to see their eyes light up with recognition, because they began to run after him. He heard the pounding of their feet on the concrete as they began to catch up. Iblis took off as fast as his average legs could take him. He didn’t think he would be able to get enough demons around him to fend them off in the little time he had left. He was going to have to stop and fight. He decided he needed to try to make it to a busy street. Perhaps the angels would be more hesitant to fight with everything they got if they were around humans. He began to call for help, mainly focusing on his followers. No one came, and he was out of breath too tired to go any further. He turned around gasping trying to regain some energy before he had to face the angels. “Hello, gentleman," he wheezed, struggling to get out words in between gasps of air. "What do I owe the pleasure of your pursuit today? Was I interrupting or did you need something?” Their voices were deep and melodic, and their expressions were hard. “We know what you have been doing Iblis. We know who you are.” “Please, call me Seth,” he interrupted able to speak more normally although he was still breathing hard. “Strolling around enjoying a lovely day? Have you been enjoying it?” He straightened as if he wasn't entirely panicked by their presence and this was completely normal. “Do not fool around with us Iblis!" They raised their voices. "It will not save you from us. We know of the chaos you have been causing today, the people you have exacerbated, and the hurt you have caused. We are on a mission to protect these people from you. They must have their own choice without your interference. You will cease.” "That sounds reasonable. I'll just be heading home right about now." He looked around hoping some demons would come to his aid. "I can move on." "You must not do it again, and we know better than to trust your word." Together they moved to attack. They flanked him on either side, so he would have a harder time fleeing. They pulled out weapons and grudgingly Iblis pulled out his own.

"I don’t think I will be excusing you. There is no reason for you to be so self-involved that you don’t think of other people. Keep that behavior at home."
Rylee was surprised, what the hell was this man's deal? She shrugs it off, with a brief smile, before turning her back on the man. She wasn't typically bothered by people, especially rude people, and so she wasn't going to let this man bother her. She was having a pretty good day, she wasn't going to let one man bother her and ruin it. She had great plans for when she got home, hang out with Maverick, work out, maybe even go for a run. Watch some TV, play with Maverick. Maybe dance around some, just have some fun.
Grey eyes follow the man from before as he seems to freeze. He was staring at two men. Fairly attractive men, if Rylee had to admit. She frowns, it seemed the men were staring the first man down. Was there a rivalry between them? Were they just not happy with how he was treating other people? Who knows. Before Rylee could call out or anything else, the man turns and runs. Followed by the two men, Rylee frowns again, as she pauses beside her car, hesitant to get in. She could just get in and drive home, let that man deal with the two men by himself. Surely they wouldn't do anything bad to him. Perhaps talk to him, and maybe a punch? But surely nothing bad.... Right?
Suddenly the quiet air was broken by someone calling for help. Rylee recognized the tone, the man who had insulted her. She sighs, she could be a good person, or she could choose to get in her car. Was he over-reacting? Finally, Rylee decides, her hand dropping from the car handle, taking off at a run. Her hand straying to her concealed handgun, she didn't prefer to use it, but perhaps she could use it to scare off the men. She didn't owe the first man anything, but she didn't think he deserved to get beat up. So, she was a bit of a softie at heart. It was just a side she never showed anyone. They didn't deserve to see it.
Rylee turns the corner in time to see the two men draw a weapon on the first man. Though surprise halts her as the first man draws his own weapon. Her jaw drops, maybe he didn't need help? But... It was two against one, and so finally, Rylee pulls her handgun. A black glock 19, aiming it at the men. Yelling,"Hey! Put your weapons away and leave the man alone!" She had no idea what she had just walked into. It looked a lot more then just two men threatening the first one. Perhaps she should have just gotten into her car and driven away. She didn't like the look of the weapons the three men were holding, and was hoping that her gun would scare the two men away.
Was it legal to pull a gun out? In this scenario, probably. But, she wasn't planning on actually shooting, and all three men had weapons out to. If a officer drove by, Rylee could claim it as self defense... For herself? For the man? Would it work? She was so confused, and yet stood steady. Cold grey eyes staring at the three men, would her facade work? Would the two men drop their weapons and flee? Or just flee? She hoped they just fled and didn't turn on her. Rylee didn't have the gut to pull the trigger, she didn't like the sight of blood.

Iblis stared at the two men wondering how he was going to deal with them. They were both so well built and much larger than he was. He was going to have to defeat them quickly because he would rapidly tire. They were all staring at one another trying to figure out the best way to attack and predict what their opponent was going to do. Iblis’ muscles tightened. He was about to lunge at one of them when he heard a voice he had recently learned. Ms. Happy Hummer from the grocery store. He didn’t know that she would be finished already. What was she doing over here? He turned his head slightly so he could see her in his peripheral. He froze trying to figure a way out of this while she distracted them for a moment by talking. What were his options? Would the angels be that easily distracted? “You don’t know what you are getting into.” The man on Rylee’s right turned to make eye contact with her, while the other man kept his gaze firmly on Iblis. “You shouldn’t be here. This,” He pointed to Iblis. “Will only get you in trouble. Why would you have loyalty to him?” The angels wondered if this woman worked with Iblis. “We don’t want to hurt you, but we are here to keep others safe from him. Justice can be carried out if you wouldn’t intervene.” The other one still had his eye pinned on Iblis so there was not point in running unless he had somewhere to run to. He considered jumping the one that was staring at him while one of them was distracted, but he doubted his chance of being able to defeat him before the other one began to pay attention. Instead, he came up with a plan B. He began to run towards Ms. Happy Hummer. “Let’s go! Start running!” He caught up to her before she began to run and he grabbed her pulling her into a faster pace. “You have a car right. We need to get to your car and get out of here. Come on! Come on! Come on!” He hated that he had shouted his plan for everyone to hear. At least they didn’t know the destination of where they would drive the car. They wouldn’t be able to go to Ms. Happy Hummer’s house. He had also come up with a Plan C while he was running. If they didn’t make it to the car, he was going to grab the glock from Ms. Hummer and let loose on the pursuers. He liked his chances much better with a weapon like that. “Hand me the gun.” He said once they had gotten to a decent pace. He grabbed it while he was speaking not wanting her to argue about this. “You concentrate on unlocking the car and getting in and driving away. I’ll try to delay them if necessary. Now put all your thought into running.” He spilled the plan that he had managed to piece together. “I don’t think you are really prepared to shoot this gun, and I doubt you want me driving your car. As long as we stay ahead of them, I don’t think they have any guns, so we’ll be alright.” He noticed many people start to look at them as they came into the busy parking lot. Normal people don’t run in a parking lot. He latched onto Ms. Hummer’s wrist because he wasn’t really sure if she was going to give him a ride. He kept her going by dragging her by the wrist through the parking lot. Many cars honked their horns at them as they had near misses, and they had to dodge around the backside of a few cars. Instead of appearing fearful because they pissed off random drivers, his jaw was tightened with determination and his brow was furrowed slightly with concentration. “Open it, open it, open it!” he was trying to refrain from screeching at her but completely failed. He aimed and prepared to use the gun. The angels weren’t far behind. “Hurry! They’re coming up fast! Get the car started!” He hoped that he had stopped at the right car. He probably should have let her lead them.

"You don’t know what you are getting into. You shouldn’t be here. This, will only get you in trouble. Why would you have loyalty to him?"
Rylee scoffs to herself, no doubt she had no idea what she was getting herself into. She raises her chin,"I don't have loyalty to him." That much was true. She was just trying to be a good citizen, she had no idea what the hell was actually happening. Rylee wavers slightly at the man's next words. Sure the dude was rude, but justice? What kind of justice were they trying to serve? And why did that sound like such a deadly threat instead of two men trying to be good citizens.
"Let’s go! Start running!"
Rylee yelps in surprise as the first man, she nicknamed Mr. Grumpy, darted towards her. Basically yanking her after him, she follows, snapping,"Careful! Safety's not on!" After a moment she speeds up more so he wasn't dragging her along behind him. "Why?" She demands,"What do those men want from you? Who the hell are you? And what the hell have you done?" She was now freaked out, this was seeming all bigger then just two men trying to teach one a lesson about being rude to people. It seemed a whole of a lot bigger then just that. So what exactly did Rylee just get herself into?
Rylee opens her mouth to deny him the gun when he yanks it out of her hand. "Rude." She mutters, glaring at him, as she yanks her wrist out of his grip. She nods slightly, well, she'd already gotten herself this far into it, might as well see it out. Rylee pulls out her car keys, glancing sideways at his next comment. Okay, so maybe she wasn't prepared to shoot the gun, but that didn't mean she couldn't. Of course, she said none of that to Mr. Grumpy, simply listening as he continues. Stay ahead, they shouldn't have guns, focus on getting in the car and getting the hell away.
"God, what have I gotten myself into?" She mutters to herself. She gives the man another glare as he latches back onto her wrist, though she doesn't try to shake him off this time. It surprised her that he knew which one was her car, and the surprise cost her a few seconds. She hits the unlock and flings open the driver's door,"Okay! Quit screaming like a little girl!" She snaps as she yanks her wrist away, ducking into the car. It didn't take her long to get the car started and she barely waited to make sure the man was even inside of the car.
She whips the car into reverse and does a quick spin and she hits the gas. Lips thin, she drives, her gaze fixed forward, she didn't want to look back and see the other two men. Rylee was terrified she would see something else that would completely baffle her, and already she was regretting going to help the man. Perhaps she should have left him, he seemed like he was doing fine.... Right?"
