mostly Bird Dog: 2×10 reps as a warm-up. Cable Crunch superset Plank: 3×15 + 30 seconds. Hanging Leg Raise superset Medicine Ball Slam: 3×15 + 10. Russian Twist: 2×10-12 per side.Single-Arm Carry: 3 rounds of 20 paces. Crunch: 100 reps in as few sets as possible. |
