I'm trying to get my mom's account a side/student account since apparently I'm not allowed my own bank account yet ((pfft I can't make a living by myself because I couldn't find a job xD))

So internet doesn't help.

Wolfplay please help? I'm trying to get some points on DA and buy some commissions and maybe apples for WP.

If you saying you're wanting to use DA points to buy art and/or apples here, that's not allowed.

If you're saying you want to know if DA points can be used to purchase apples in place of real life money, that's not possible.

If you're trying to ask something else, please reexplain it, as I'm not understanding what you're trying to ask

It should have a create new account option in the same area you'd log in to an already existing account.

If you're still having trouble I feel it's probably best to ask on PayPal through their help section. I'm sure they can provide a lot more help for you than asking on here.

Apparently not.

PayPal is the only thing on a lot of websites so learning PayPal is my first go :3

Their help menu is confusing as heck, i already gone through that -3-
