So someone I know can't log into their pack and they have apples and have people who ordered art from them. They joined around November and so it was before the age change but the reason why they can't log on is cause underage but they say they are 16 so... they said they can send an ID to prove they are 16 and I sent a PM to Eve but idk what's up with that...

If someone can help explain to me the situation or help me understand please leave a message or if you can help my friend out that'd be lovely :)

Please PM either Eve or one of the game mods about member conflicts, rather than posting it publicly on the forum.

In addition, please don't make posts for other members, regardless of the state of their account.

As an additional note since there is some misleading information here.

"[they] joined around November and so it was before the age change..."

The age change was in September. Any accounts made after September 1 2018 will be locked if underage.
