Ello ello! Apologies if this has already been asked before, but I'm new to WolfPlay and wondered about the process of replacing your alphas.

For example, can you sell them, or are you only able to retire?

Would the next most dominant wolf automatically become the alpha?

Would you have to retire both the male and female alpha, or could one exist with a new mate?

Thank you!

You can retire/sell/etc your alphas. The next wolves to take their place would be your betas because they have the next highest dominance. If you retire/sell just your alpha female, your beta female would become your alpha female and would be able to breed with your current alpha male(and Visa versa).

Also, if you want to keep your alphas in the pack but just want to replace who's in their position, raise the dominance of the usurping wolf above the current alpha. The alpha will become a beta and the usurper becomes your alpha.
If your alphas are capped at 200 dominance, use the Stare Down item to reset it to 1.

Or a road runner feather to bring them down by 50% dominance
