*note: this is for the 'all submissions' compensation of the non-placing art. payment is per person not per submission. if you win a 1st~3rd prize, i'll take your horse drawing for uses regardless; you can still use it as well.
if you say yes in the form, you will not receive the compensation payment for not winning and i will not use it for anything.
