| Serpents Then may I recommend Gregorian Chant? It's in Latin, so dead language, and it's just kinda droning on the background. I'm not necessarily religious but my parents are and put it on when I was little. Still knocks me out quickly even today |

| @ Moon kinda hard when A cant breath from panic/ sleep meds dry my nose out, I try kind helps, my mental state is in shambles |
