A group of canines. 3-6, all different breeds and possibly mutts. All have a defect or are disabled in some way, whether it be deaf or missing (a) leg(s). Living in a modern canine society, these dogs are seen as 'different', and normally are cast out as puppies. They are taken away to the mountains, left for Mother Nature. Left with nothing but instincts in the chilly climate. It rained more, it snowed heavy in the winters, nothing these dogs were used to. They were done. They could take no more, it was time to take a stand. They wanted no more deaths, no more puppies left for dead. No more stupid rules. These dogs, who have barely been surviving for years band together to save the next generation. No one is perfect. |
