I always make sure my wolves are at max agility/battle/resolve when I send them to my highest lvl. Otherwise, they're stuck in lvls 1 - 7 for BE training

Forest 2 is not nearly as profitable as jungle or tundra in terms of mush - low level forest is mainly good for BE training. As long as your wolves are good explorers, jungle and tundra should net you the most mush due to their high predator and prey counts.

The higher you level up Tundra and Jungle, the higher predator count you'll get. Beware of bears, though.
