NOTICE: THIS IS GETTING TO BE TOO MUCH FOR ME, AND I AM QUITTING. If anyone would like to take this over, they are welcome to, but they must understand that it entails a lot of work. I will give them a full debriefing if they volunteer, and they may back out before we make it official. Otherwise, this is pretty much dead.
