"Ready! Mush!" The teams run off into the race, into the alaskan wilderness. The teams run through the snow as fast as wind, teams now have to choose their routes, "Gee!" exclaims one of the mushers, and his/her dogs turn right. They run for miles and soon the dogs get distracted from a deer, running out of the bushes, with her little fawns behing her. "On by! On by!" yells their musher. The lead dog regains focus back on the trail and bolts forward, the team running behind him. Soon, they come upon a frozen lake, "Hike!" the musher says, encouraging the dogs to move forward. They run onto the ice and smoothly get past exept for the last few feet. The ice cracks open and puts the musher in the water. The dogs keep going and are finally able to pull their freezing musher out. They had lost their map in the water, having them lost. Now, they need to survive off the wilderness, until rescuers come for them. |

Dog form Name: Morpheus Age: 6 Rank: Wheel Dog Appearance: Being a Utoganan, Morpheus is a heavy-built and tall dog, standing at 82cm at the shoulder and 67kg, larger than average for his breed. His thick, silky coat disguises powerful hind legs and muscular shoulders, making him perfect for his role. His multicolour coat features a mixture of white, brown, grey and black, with a white underbelly, and throat, brown shoulder-blades and tail, and a black blanket-like shape covering most of his back, broken through only with grey speckles scattered on his coat. His ears and snout are mostly brown, with the edges given a grey pattern. Personality: His heavy built and intimidating height make him appear scary and unapproachable, and that he is. He is a quiet and sometimes aloof dog, naturally isolated from others, but by choice. He doesn't like to be disturbed, and doesn't interact much with the dog pack. Despite this, he is respected by his peers, maybe out of fear of the consequences of disrespecting him, or maybe simply because of his age and experience in the field of mushing. Soon turning 6, he is one of the more practiced, and despite his age, his strength is still growing. Likes: peace and quiet, doing his work, getting praise and treats from the musher.
