I recently learned how you can say "doomscrolling" in a way that sounds more productive: "auto regulation". it's when you use a device to help you relax and regulate your emotions lol

Unfortunately, I've fallen back into heavvvily using my phone when I'm not at work but I work 10 hour days 6 days a week so I just give myself a little grace and let myself brainrot these days. x'D

minutiae and I will be making a custom for every big holiday next year! For that we are saving apples this year. Not asking for donations, this thread is just to save the wolves' designs, names, and other info
