I leave my house 1-2 hours early to get to work so i can drive slowly if its bad even though my work is 30 minutes away and for a week we had -19 to -21 weather

Forest 2 is not nearly as profitable as jungle or tundra in terms of mush - low level forest is mainly good for BE training. As long as your wolves are good explorers, jungle and tundra should net you the most mush due to their high predator and prey counts.

The higher you level up Tundra and Jungle, the higher predator count you'll get. Beware of bears, though.
