I recently learned how you can say "doomscrolling" in a way that sounds more productive: "auto regulation". it's when you use a device to help you relax and regulate your emotions lol

I get you completely. It's kind of wild. At first, it sucks and then you get used to it and it's so peaceful.

Unfortunately, I've fallen back into heavvvily using my phone when I'm not at work but I work 10 hour days 6 days a week so I just give myself a little grace and let myself brainrot these days. x'D

so here’s a few short details about me!

currently enrolled for biochemistry and molecular biology
i loooove first person shooter games, my love. obsessed with MW2 at the moment
bilingual!
i play guitar and bass, love music!
i like many different forms of art, like oil painting. i made this one recently on a tiny 4x4 canvas. i primarily paint wildlife!

awww thank you so much! i also very much prefer traditional art, though digital art has its perks.

i speak russian! i also know a bit of spanish and german but i'm not fluent in them by any means haha.

that's cool! :0 i've heard Russian is a hard language, but then again, technically all languages are hard to learn if you don't know them haha.

I actually haven't been playing much recently, but I do love shooter games too, and some simulator-type games. Got any recommendations?
