hey, I just figured out how to forum post. hru all, and I wanted to ask if anyone was interested in a storytelling game that i made up?

| I recently learned how you can say "doomscrolling" in a way that sounds more productive: "auto regulation". it's when you use a device to help you relax and regulate your emotions lol Now I say I'm doing that instead of doomscrolling xD |

| I get you completely. It's kind of wild. At first, it sucks and then you get used to it and it's so peaceful. Unfortunately, I've fallen back into heavvvily using my phone when I'm not at work but I work 10 hour days 6 days a week so I just give myself a little grace and let myself brainrot these days. x'D |
