Wanting to find a starter for one reason or another? Here is how to search for them in Trading Post.

Age: 2
Check the ">" Option

Check the "For Sale" option

Battle: 99
Check the ">" option

Total Talents: 2
Check the "<" Option

Rarity Score: 7
Check the "<" Option

Pelt Rarity: Common

You will now have the best chance of finding starters. Hope this helps.

Always make sure to confirm that they are a starter before buying.

Or you could just do this:
In Sire Nbr or Dam Nbr, type "0"

Check the "For Sale" button/option

Choose the drop down menu of Sort By Price and click "Lowest to Highest"

This is just what I do as it's much faster.
