Yesterday was my birthday and it said happy birthday on the screen but I was wondering, And are you supposed to get a decor pass from your birthday? Because if so I never got one and if I did get one would it show up in the relics spot on my page? Thanks!

I see no evidence of a bug. If you enter your birthday after midnight then you won't receive it.
