@Seeker

Except it isn't
I *love* caviar. Haven't had it in years, but I can do caviar, probably because they're firm and pop?

But the tiny boba are squishy ToT

It really is sad. I work in a vet hospital and I've had more huskies, Dalmatians, and chihuahuas try and take my face off than anything else, but I've never seen any legislation about them.

With everything going on in the US

I highly doubt a federal law relating to dog breeds is gonna come out :'D

Yeah, so blaming a human for the dog being aggressive is like blaming a human's mistakes on mommy issues. Sure, may be the case sometimes, but not every time.

Today I learned that tiny boba pearls exist...
I cannot tell how I feel about them

It's actually not being enforced, the bill won't pass. Americans don't give a shit what type of dog you have. This is a rumor going around social media for some reason. Not truth. The law actually restricts the ban on breeds like pitbulls, german shepherd, etc

Yeah, that's how it is with all animals on the planet

I breed American Bullies, and I can state with confidence, that while some people feed the dogs attitude or aggression, but some dogs are aggressive by nature. Now, by saying that, not ALL dogs in the breed are automatically aggressive. Pits tend to be territorial and possessive, so people tended to use them for fighting, which is how they earned their rep for being an aggressive breed. I've had pits that were the sweetest things, and then I've had some that aren't. It's just like people. Not all of them are bad, but accassionally there's a Ted Bundy or Jeffery Dahmer in the mix.

Interesting, the one that's been trying to get passed in the US has dogs being euthanized. If it looks like a bully, it's dying

Aright, here we are. My two measly characters XD

Everest: The Great War by Spirit's Cry
(Hi there! This is my first ever joined roleplay, and I'm hoping I did this right >.<)
Name: Everest
Human, Dragon, or Hybrid: Dragon
Gender: Female
Age: I'd say 12 human years, she's young
Size (especially if Dragon): Slim. Height of about 14 feet top of head down, though only about 9 feet shoulder down, length of about 16 feet with just her body. Tail length about 20 feet, wingspan about 40 feet.
Personality: Everest is a very distant, mysterious dragon who is a quiet loner that barely speaks, heck she barely makes noise in general. Most of the time she remains disappeared in the skies, only occasional glimpses of the outcasted one being seen when she flies low. Everest can be a merciless, fierce, and dangerous when she wants to be, but most of the time she is a loyal and helpful dragon behind her chilling stare. Don't let her acceptance fool you, though, as she doesn't ever trust automatically, and is quite observant generally as well as when reading others. If she is your friend, be sure to have someone at your aid anytime, who is quick to act to defend you or be by your side in any situation, even if it is on the dreaded ground she hates so much. However, should she become your enemy, never stop moving as she will halt at nothing to gain vengeance upon those who defy against her. With unexpected personalities, she isn't one to assume anything about.
History: Born with two parents who never mastered nor knew their elements. They encouraged Everest to do the same and avoid elements, saying it was unnatural. She agreed, but secretly tried to find her abilities. Soon, she realized that her parents were being threatened by humans and manipulated to not use their powers. Once the humans figured out Everest learned this information, they killed her parents and went after her. In a climactic attack, she managed to use her unbalanced and recently discovered talents to escape. She now lives free as a lone wanderer among the lands near Kenna's castle.
Strengths: Control over both air and ice elements, her oddly long tail and wings allow for exceptionally fast flight
Weaknesses: She is horribly weak against anything to do with ground, has short claws and fangs that can't do critical damage at all, she can be surprise attacked very easily and is pretty much beat against too many opponents, young and doesn't have much experience of battle
Crush: None, as she is distant, though could develop.
Character's Opinion on the Great War: She knows of it, but though humans killed her family she doesn't mind them. She is neutral, being a fighter for dragons but peaceful character to humans. However, if anything attempts to attack her she will snap at it. Though she is not strictly on either side of the war, she could pick to support one if they convince her. Otherwise she is virtually just living her life, and should she be caught in crossfire let them fight, while it happens find herself a way out of it. She is quick to change, though, so if something happens that changes her view, expect a harsh comeback from a different angle of the war.
Roleplay Example: (I'll just use this, and if I'm accepted I'll have it be my first post)

Everest remained flying in a straight pattern, eyes pointed to pierce the sky in front of her with an unmoving stare. The clouds wrapped around her twirling tail, creeping along her scales to grasp at her back. Her altitude was far above the despicable ground below, something that brought Everest only a grudging feeling of pure disgust. Her place was purely among the skies, as even though the dragon was able to land the thought of being on the ground whispered a shuddering trickle of regret and vulnerability down her spine. Many could say her wings barely qualified as wings, being so slim against her just as skinny body despite their span. Her tail was like a whisp of a string behind her as it narrowed down to nothing by a lengthy twine that consisted of her hindquarters. With another mute movement of her wings, the beast shrouded inside the flurries of the fogged, misty heavens of the skies darted forth quicker yet with the same silence and mysterious evanesce that remained always with her. With a slow, easing tilt upwards of her head, the glowing orbs that forever illuminated as her eyes glistened upon her twisted horns that graced her neck the slightest at the lean. From there, everything was naturally set and an action activated within the bowels of the dragon's core. The center of her mind clicked, and her whole body shifted different ways through memory in one movement. Everest's wings snapped in and her tail flung down then up in a sharp flick as her back legs tucked and her front legs poised forwards. With this her neck craned up to strain her back into a soft arch, in doing so her wings twisted to fling back outwards again, pricking the clouds from end to end and brushing them away as her speed gained tremendously. Her moment long maneuver was complete and sent the dragon forth in a gallant but hidden glide. Even as she was concealed high, high above the clouds if you had glanced her smooth shifting you would only see a flash and assumed you had blinked, as Everest was now thrust into a balanced rapidness of flight. Dipping lower inside the clouds now, the occasional end of her tail would flick through the clusters of billows, or the ends of her wings when they dipped down would cut into view for a bit like shark fins splicing water, just from air.

Hazard: Tales Of Five Tribes by OblivionSolitude
Name: Hazard
Tribe: Triassics
Animal Type: Spinosaurus
Preferred Rank: Warrior
Gender: Male
Age (Human years if unsure what it would be in the animal's years): Maybe 20 human years.
Appearance (link, image, or written description, must be credited): Think the spinosaurus from Jurassic Park, just with some extra red
Personality: He's agressive, vicious, and snappy. He doesn't care for anyone if they get on his nerves, and he's got a temper. With a bit of a stubborn but hostile personality, he'll always end up being the cold yet fiery one in situations. Though he is a competitive, violent dinosaur, he does have a bit of a raucous humor. Harsh and shrill with brutally honest words, as well as being a master of sarcasm, he often comes across as a more barbaric and cruel type, which he is. As well as being severely heinous and intensely baleful, only some can gain his friendship: Which he considers just fighting side-by-side with and only fighting occasionally against. Then again, possibly some special someone could make him shape up to be a bit more friendly to 'friends' and tribe members.
Strengths: Vicious jaws, frighteningly strong, literally at the very top of the food chain (Type being the largest and one of, if not the, most dangerous prehistorics)
Weaknesses: No stealth whatsoever, doesn't have the greatest speed, best movements/reactions in the water rather than on land, doesn't have any effective agility, though his jaws are deadly his snout is so long it is hard to coordinate attacks with
Character's Opinion On Other Tribes: Haz doesn't care what happens, and literally thinks every other tribe is stupid trying to make a war out of it. He knows spinosaurus' like himself have always been dominant predators, and knows his kind will never lose their power and place at the top of the food chain anyways.
