If you mean the mobile friendly pages it's because they are currently turned off for those pages. After all pages are made mobile friendly then they will be turned back on :)

I believe Eve said that some could break after being turned back on, just as a heads up

I voted no only because with the new update I really only breed within my pack and if I don't I always go for high talent and 100+R studs ^^

Hes very pretty though! I maybe would breed him to one of my lower rarity girls.
