What an idiot Bree thought as she kept her animal form to a far enough distance away from him before walking into her den and snuggled in around herself for a short nap. And she hoped that male wouldnt follow her. If he did, she would surely get his tail for it. he cant stop me from hunting in a territory.. even if its his. she thought as she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep for a few hours.

Bree wasnt disturbed one little bit as she slept those few subtle hours. All peace and quiet. When she woke up, she decided to go see if the stranger was anywhere around the territory. If so, she would have to be very careful. If he saw her, she was dead meat. Or atleast... in his control. She had to find a way to ease his mind. So she thought about it as she walked.

She didnt smell anything out of the ordinary other than a few rabbits that scuttled around out of her way when she came too close. She was in a better mood after her short naps each day. So she hoped that if she did meet up with that stranger again, they would hopefully be on better terms with each other. But as she walked on in his territory as he called it, she didnt spot him * unless he's hiding and waiting for me to come just close enough to attack me* she thought when she heard a branch break off in the distance. Her heart got faster as her fear began to unraval. " Whos there?" she asked, looking all around her. " look... if its you again... im sorry.. I...hunt here too, you know, and you cant stop me from hunting here. I dont care if this is your territory or not. I just want freedom to hunt where I please."

Then she saw his figure and stopped short. A gasp escaped her throat. " Dont hurt me, please. I mean no harm to you or anyone else. I swear. "
She showed fear towards him to catch him off guard, but would it last just enough for her to escape? No. But she didnt care... she was taught to hold her ground when it came to fights. Or as her father said... towards males. 'if a male takes advantage of you, their weak spot is in their hind legs'. That was his last piece of advice before being murdered along with Bree's mother and siblings a month later.

Her fur was on end and ready, her teeth bared slightly, but her stance wasnt aggressive like his was. She was just ready to leave at any notice. Or when he was off guard. " you wouldnt kill me, now would you? " she teased as she stood there, as he walked even closer to her. " bad idea if you did. This... pest.. as you call me now would signal a warning way before you even attacked me " she wanted to try and scare him off, but it was failing. Greatly. She had a lot to learn about this one in front of her. Thank goodness she learned fast. She wouldnt need to work as hard.
But if this was to get to the point of a love affair... she would play hard to get. Both in this form and in her human form.

Marcus snorted as he walked through his territory, sniffing and scaring away anyone that shouldn't have been here. In the distance, he heard struggling but shook off the feeling. He didn't care as long as it wasn't in his territory. He walked around again and dug up a rabbit carcass he had buried a while ago and gobbled it up. After a snap of a nearby twig, he sighed, turned towards the sound, and walked towards the sound, and kicked away a straggler that didn't belong here.

Bree barely got hurt when the other male, that she apparently knew, walked off. Bree was spared once again since the memory of what her father had told her. She had to catch her breath before trotting off again. Finding little to eat after what she went through a while ago. Just little critters to hold her off til then. But she wasnt watching where she was going and walked right into Marcus. By the time she realized who the other one was, she quickly got off him and stepped back, afraid of what was to come." I'm so sorry..I didn't see you there. Best if you watch where you stand, or someone else might do the same." She tried to let the tension pass between them but all she got was a sarcastic look on his face. " I never got your name..its only fair if you tell me yours. I dont want find a nick name you will forever hate. On the bright side..you already gave me one... Pest, was it?... so even if I do know your name.. ill likely use a nickname to tease you and get you on edge." Her snow leopard form was stronger than her human form, so whatever would happen next between them, she would be able to take the beating better. "What about... Blacky? Hm? That seems to fit you well enough" she chuckled walking around him in a circle, trying to get him to get dizzy and fall over. She tended to make any male go for her when she walked in a circle around them, making her the Alpha. But She would have to work even harder with Marcus. He didnt seem like one to be in the way of when he was eating or walking alone in his terrotory " And if ou must know.. I can walk in your terrory if I want. The only thing stopping me from going anywhere right now is...well.. you. But I wont give up that easily when it comes to a male in front of me." She bared her teeth slightly before stopping. just behind him and waited to see what he would do. She kept on walking in a circle around Marcus, talking away with her sweet and tempting voice. But it would all stop and end up in a little fight. And a fight where Bree wouldn't be ready.
