Lia stretched and yawned. She padded out of the nest she had made herself feeling the sun on her face. She sniffed the air looking for breakfast. She padded through the snow the only sound the crunch of her paw steps. She hoped she would be able to find something to eat soon. It had been a ruff winter for her. |

Nala had just woken up strecthing. She wondered on what to do before deciding to explore. She jumped down off of a cave ledge where she had slept the other night. She began to shake out her coat. Nala was an Ice fox so the snow and cold didn't bother her. She walked out of the den as she walked she ran into something which caused her to fall back. She said "Ow!" |

Lia gasped and stumbled. She looked down at the snow fox who had bumped into her. She sniffed the air tentatively seeing if they were alone. "What are you doing not watching where youre going?" She huffed. She was a shadow fox and usually preferred to hide away she hadnt realized any other foxes were around. She realized this particular fox probably had it well off as she was snow fox and winter must not be as hard. |

Nala looked up to see a shadow fox and said "Sorry i was lost in thought and didn't think anyone lived her." She sniffed the air kinda curious she had never seen a shadow Vixien(Female fox). She caugth the females scent and said "Out of curiousty are you alone?" She really was curiou but also a bit worried. The female seem a few or couple years younger than her. Nala said "Why don't you come wit me i have food and really good shelter at the moment and don't mind sharing." |

Lia looked nervous. This vixen seemed nice enough but she was still tentative. She sighed. She knew her only option was to go with the other female. She would starve if she spent any longer trying to hunt on her own. "I am alone. Ive been sleeping in a thick bush west from here," she replied. "Shelter sounds nice. Anything must be warmer than that bush. Food sounds even better though," she said her stomach hurt from hunger. "I would love to join you." |

Nala smiled and said "I live in a nearby cave that has lunar moss on it so it shines light. Also it has leaves i gather to make nests." She said "This way." She turned bac in the direction she came where her little rock was. She had finally passed the little rock and saw the cave enterance before stopping next to it shattering the ice and bug up the hole. She threw out four squirrles and a vole. Nala then grabbed the squirrles and vole before flicking her tail turning the seal back to ice. She trotted in the den and sat down the food int the middle before grabbing the vole and laying down on the stone floor. She left the Nest for the Shadow Vixien. Nala said "By the way my names Nala." |
