So i was browsing an app called pixel art

and then i saw a wolfplay base on it It says you can color and alter these bases, but they belong to eve soo...

I'm not sure but I think it isn't allowed I would pm a mod

Thanks, but i was hoping Six bears would reply for full clarification, (No offence mods) since theres nothing about this is the coloring base rules, but it says you can alter these bases on Pixil art, but not on wolfplay

I believe if the water mark isnt there then it isnt.
