Lmao, that sounds hilarious XD I'm watching Dahmer and there's an episode with a deaf person, and they have a very particular dialogue which, just from watching the show, I'm noticing how even the way I phrase things here is changing to try and mimic that. The speed in which I'm typing and formulating thoughts is weird too. Just an odd thing about my brain I suppose

I almost forgot that you're a tad squeamish XD I'll have to go try to find that, there aren't many tutorials on how to color rotting flesh, texturize the art to make it look like that, which, valid, but also it's frustrating XD Thanks! :D

I look up a lotta medical refs and surgeries, that's how I tend to find things.
Though, necrosis and infected wounds tend to squick me out a bit. I'd try looking up old carcasses, or something like that - nature docs have a tonne of 'em :]

Does anyone else have the problem where if they're watching a show or around a person with a different accent or dialect, their brain tries to mimic it and can't turn it off? Like I'll be watching the great British bakeoff and start talking with an accent. Ticks me off when I can't turn it off :')

I was thinking during apocalyse, though I wouldn't have a problem with doing post-apocalyptic either. Maybe it was started by some sort of virus outbreak or experiment gone wrong? What about you?

My idea was that a lot of people are probably either infected with the virus or dead. If it's near the beginning of the apocalypse though maybe some could be making attempts at hiding, maybe even forming groups to increase their chances at survival. Feel free to add on to that and voice your thoughts as well :)

In terms of the infected people, I was thinking that they'd have heightened physical abilities such as strength, speed, etc, while also not having as much intelligence as an uninfected person. Maybe there could be different stages or kinds of the infected? Of course, their physical appearances would probably be different in some way as well. Again, feel free to change stuff around or let me know your thoughts on this

Okay! So they wouldn't be monster like, they'd be more human like, just mutated? Or would it chemically change their brain too and change some of that to make them a bit more like monster like?
