YCH: Palette Header

Pick a canine OC and I'll make a header of them for your palette.

I will format your header for palette parameters, and send you the FULL code box for you to insert into your palette.

I may refuse a request if your character is from WP, depends on the design. The markings are sometimes very difficult to replicate on here. You're welcome to still submit the character though, and I will PM if any issues.
