I'm planning on opening the rp with everyone just getting out of training, or coming back from a mission. It's you choice which one you pick but that's how I'm starting all this. The drama, plot, all that fun stuff can start rolling once people get a deal for the in rp rules, area, surroundings, expectations all that jazz.
