So I'm trying to learn how to make a palette over here and I was wondering how I change the background? I can get it to flicker for a second but then the WP background takes over?

| @Rad i mean its more like 'all common' leads to increase of 'all common coats' Everything else is just random luck, i mean maybe it helps a little bit to have two legendaries but i dont really remember it being a confirmed thing |
