| Buggy I'm already looking into lawyers! As soon as I told my mother about it she said it was suspicious as hell and to start looking into lawyers just in case. So far I haven't had much luck with that, they're very busy and my case likely isn't strong enough. Cyber Unfortunately I don't have much of a paper trail there. The most I have is my time adjustment forms and the two writeups I was pressured to sign. :/ People absolutely can be arses, it's just a matter of time before seeing it sometimes. I'm hoping things will go smoothly even if I do get terminated. Chat, I'm absolutely going to! I love the people I work with, they're like a second family to me. I'd miss them so much if I got terminated and there's a couple residents that were going downhill that I haven't gotten any updates for. If I do get terminated I really do hope it's for a good reason later in life. <3 |

| Graves If this blows over and it all works out just focus on doing the work and enjoying the people you help. Sadly when working with others 90% of the time you can't please all of them. But as long as you're a strong worker and always try your best to follow rules there isn't much they can do no matter how much they don't like you to just fire you when it comes to the higher ups seeing how good of a worker you are for them. If worst case scenario happens and you lose this job, don't panic. Try to stay as calm as possible and keep a level head as you look for another. If you lose the job no matter how much you love it. There's a reason that in the long run is probably good for you. Either you'll find something better and not have coworkers trying to get you in trouble. Or so many things. |

| Graves Wishing you all the best, I don't suppose there's any trackable written evidence you can compile for a just in case scenario? It's awful to get blamed for something someone else did. Even if things go poorly, remember that you know the truth of your perspective. Sometimes people jsut... are arses. I have blood family who literally tried to destroy my personal life just because they decided they Didn't Like Me-- it wasn't anything i actually did wrong. It's highhly possible, you simply did nothing wrong. |

| Graves I know you might not have the money for it, but you could possibly get a lawyer involved? You had the right to know and they denied you that right. It would be especially helpful of you had a text or email where they stated that they wouldn't provide you the necessary info you requested :( |

| Buggy It is, I didn't know my rights for it at the time and later found out I'm legally allowed to know why I'm being suspended and an ETA for how long, but I got none of that. I'm hoping the "talk" today doesn't end in termination, I'd be so screwed |

| Chat Maybe? I just don't know. They tried to write me up for something somebody else had said and the supervisor is someone my mom used to work with. I don't know why I'm being targeted... I do a good job, the elders love me, and my coworkers seem to like me... I don't know what I'm doing wrong that I'm all of a sudden dealing with writeups and suspension |

| Graves Well maybe it was a follow up thing from the other situation, it's normal to be scared but until it is the worst case scenario try not to stress about it. Maybe today in the talk you'll find out what happened and it just be a warning or something. |
