Poetry Contest

I've always opened the Gift Exchange with a poem written by some of the folks on WP. I see no reason to break with that tradition now.

If you need some form of inspiration, I have linked a compilation of the previous years' poems.

Couple rules:
• The poem must (obviously) pertain to Wolfplay and the Gift Exchange in some way. Meaning, the poem must introduce the Gift Exchange towards its end.
• Keep it short. I don't need nor want to read an epic.
• Note that I may edit your poem slightly to mesh it with the rest of the post.
• And have fun!

Banner Contest

I used to take a WP snow-themed background and slap some text on it. This time I'm leaving this part to the most amazingly talented group of artists we have on here.

Rules:
• The theme must match Wolfplay and the Gift Exchange.
• Must be digital art. How you start doesn't matter, so long as the end result is digitally rendered.

• No F2U linearts please. Sorry.
• Must be in landscape orientation so as not to stretch the page.
• Max width & height 450px.
• Feel free to vote if you like someone's banner!

BONUS CHALLENGE: Totally not necessary and you won't get extra credit for this. If you offer a YCH/base/lineart/PSD version of the banner, I'm sure people would love that (I know I would).
