Powers: (most to least used) Water/ice manipulation, weather manipulation, minor light manipulation. He enjoys making things out of ice, fragile sculptures that rarely last a full day in the sun.

Personality (short because I typed it all out and then got logged off of WP ffs)

Comes across as a shallow, privileged image-centric pretty-boy jerk who manipulates those around him to get what he wants, but is largely acting this way to uphold the Sky pack's prestegious status (but also for attention sometimes, lol.) A highly creative, soft-hearted, intelligent/well-educated and perceptive individual who is good with other wolves. An elegant, polite and poised male, he was not raised to be a warrior (though he is able to defend himself if needed) and would rather search the mountainside for pretty rocks and fossils than prey. Many of the jewelry pieces and accessories he wears, he made himself. He has been trained to be politically minded, and when he puts his mind to it he can hold a crowd's attention and rally them around a cause with ease, making him quite the force for good. A hopeless romantic who just knows there's someone out there who is right for him. Can be dramatic, self-centered and prideful at times, even cruel to those who admire him and try so hard to impress him. But he is overall a warm-hearted, attentive and supportive friend and romantic, doting mate, who will be there for you even through the darkest of nights.

Appearance:

Like most of the Sky Pack, Goosefeather has a long-legged, graceful and agile build perfect for bounding between rocks and climbing steep cliffs with ease. Goosefeather, like most of his family, is strikingly beautiful. His fur is long, thick and fluffy, almost always well-kempt and clean to show off the bright snowy white fluff on his back. Dark teardrop markings at the corners of his eyes highlight their icy blue color - a sort of built-in eyeliner. He often wears jewelry and accessories like arm cuffs, ear rings and necklaces to highlight his status (it's really hard for wolves to make jewelry, so these trinkets are very expensive to trade for.)

Like many of his pack, Goosefeather has large, fluffy white wings marked with black bars on the longer layer of primary and secondary feathers. He molts all of his feathers semi-regularly, and during their regrowth period he is unable to fly, as well as it being very unsightly and uncomfortable.
