Hm.. Hm hm, this is all very interesting. I'm not particularly fond of bitter flavours but I still wanna try it! :0 Maybe I can track it down whenever I'm next in Aus, which should be within the next few years.
I'll keep the warning about sweet durian in mind.

It is! :D all within walking distance :D

What're you up to 👁️ anything fun?

Hello fellow NZer (eh the australia bit is just minor details)

Okay well google searching informs me that the bitterness means that the flesh is creamier and the flavour is more concentrated
Which I guess makes sense, because I've tried sweet durian and... ugh. It's just... like I know bitter durian if I eat to much my stomach will /not/ agree with it at all, but sweet durian is just in another league of it's own and not in a good way

That's pretty cool though. Fresh prawns though o.o
That is just kind of lucky lol

Heck yeah! Taking up the whole chat box is my jam B)

Now that you mention it, I think I watched a video on that. Someone was doing a tour around somewhere in NZ and it was just,, sweet potato everywhere LOL.

Also hm,, that's so interesting. I've never heard of a fruit where the sweet variety is the substandard one. LMAO probably, dear god </3

It is! :D honestly, excluding the fact there's no large supermarkets near me, I lucked out with this street. There's a fishmonger/butcher too. The smell walking past that store can make me wince though. They do have fresh prawns though, so I'll venture in one day.

Essay typing in chat. I like it :D

My problem with kumara is that it's so completely overused here >.>
Like I get it's native to NZ but that doesn't mean kumara has to be in everything
(to be fair they do grow very well here for obvious reasons)

Good durian is extremely bitter. It's meant to be enjoyable but for me with my uneasy stomach I enjoy it to the point where I throw up because of how bitter it is lmao
I don't exactly know why being extremely (like extremely) bitter is meant to be good and how it's happened like that but a good durian is insanely bitter. Sweet durians are ones that are considered "substandard" but then I don't entirely know why
... the sweet durians probably all got exported to the western countries if I'm being honest lol

And that's quite interesting about the street. I mean it's not like you get that in many places, interesting lol
(let's see how long this is e.e)

Bow, I reallllly should know the answer to this, but I don't. If I were to breed two, let's say, uncommon pelted wolves, will the reasulting pups' coats be completely random? I know that non-AC coats cannot be inherited, but I'm wondering if the pups would be more likely to have the pelt of their grandparents (if the grandparents have common coats)

Grandparents have absolutely no effect on the look or stats of their pups. The pups of two uncommon / non-common pelted wolves would have random coats.

Though I personally believe there is a slightly increased chance of the pups inheriting the uncommon coats of their parents, this has not been confirmed

They get completely random pelts (with a slightly higher chance of pups getting non-common ones). There's no genetics in this game so the granparents' coat doesn't matter.

Thank you all. That's what I was thinking, but I thought I'd check.
