Plot
There was a peaceful wolf pack living in the forest. But a sickness is now starting to slowly and painfully kill them one by one.

Ranks
Matriarch and Patriarch
The head of the group and most protected, she has three lions, aka guards, picked by herself. Normally always a stern blunt wolf that is picked so they lead better. She must be greeted with eyes closed and called, "Your Highness". Her pups are to be called, "Heir" and then their real name. She is to be protected with anyone's life and even the Patriarch's.
The second head is called the Patriarch. A male of two the female picked to fight to the death over who would be her mate. Very respected due to his brave challenge and is to be greeted as "My King" or "Survivor" then their name. He is considered the Matriarch's head lion and to be protected at all costs aswell. The one who Executes the rule-breakers and disrespectful wolves.
Female Heir
The daughter of the Matriarch and third most respected, to be treated delicately and kindly, even when they are the snooty ones. Never take an attitude unless you want to be executed by the Patriarch himself. Respect her almost as the Matriarch and never disobey her unless you want long painful execution. Trained By the Matriarch how to become a good leader.
Male Heir
The son of the Matriarch, basically just like the Female Heir but greeted as "Tiger" then his name. Trained by the Patriarch.
The Generals
The second in command and fourth most respected. They are the ones who manage the hunts, supplies, and just main pack things.
One spies on the pack and watches them making sure no one is being a rulebreaker. Watches in secret and only the other beta and the Matriarch know about it.
The other one breaks up fights, reports suspicions on the borders and hunting patrols. Makes sure the omegas aren't being troublemakers. Reports supplies stock to the Matriarch.
The Lions
Matriarch's two other guards, they are the strongest males in the pack other than the Patriarch. They are always by the Matriarch's side slightly behind her and the Patriarch, can challenge to become the Patriarch.

Warriors
The warriors are the ones who fight in battles and defend places against bears and stuff which started packing up due to the sickness. They are brave and take on many challenges. They may challenge to the death to become a lion of the Matriarch's (Lions are only males), or they challenge for other ranks. They do anything for their Matriarch and follow every command unless they want the Patriarch to be the last thing they see.
Hunters
The hunters are just the scouts and are relied on for food mostly. They attend the hunting season competition often trying to get the best score. They can challenge to become the Matriarch's second beta and then learn about the whole spying ritual.
Doctor
The doctor is the expert at herbs (only female), training for three whole years on every herb. They are respected and called "Doctor" and then their name. They pick their Apprentice themselves after a talk with the Matriarch about it.
Mothers
The mothers are the wolves expecting or nursing pups currently. They are stripped of their duties until their pups become trainees with their guard and can leave the den without being watched.

The Youngsters
The pups of the pack, the ones who are younger than one year and still nursing from their mother or eating regurgitated food.
The Trainees
The ones over one year old. They have their own guard until they get a mentor. Either training for hunter or warrior and possibly a Doctor. They train until they are two years old unless they are a Doctor trainee.
The Hardworking
These are they Elders of their pack. They served their pack for many years and are greeted what their main trait is like for example "Kind Lydia." they are very well treated and always are comfortable.
Omegas
5 troublemakers, they are to be treated with no respect and either climb their way back up in a week or die to the Patriarch.
