name Levi Mitchell age 26 years gender Male role Manager of Marketing appearance brown hair, blue eyes, light skin, beard, medium to skinny build, medium height personality He has a confident self-assured demeanor. He is able to appear comfortable, reach out to new people, and make a good first impression. He knows that he is a good leader and does his job well. While he enjoys working with people, he is an introvert and needs time to himself to recharge. He can be inconsiderate and impatient because he has a get-it-done attitude when it comes to work and forgets to consider his employee's feelings. They know that when he gets quieter that is scarier than when he is being loud or sarcastic and poking at them. Edited at March 9, 2024 10:05 AM by -Invisible-

~Raleigh West~ ~ Age: 24 years ~ Gender: Female ~ Role: Design Secretary ~ Appearance: Blonde hair, hazel eyes, lightly tanned skin, slim yet curvy (think pear shaped), short height. ~ Personality: A shy, keep to herself type of girl. She does her job well and is very motivated and hard working. Her attitude at work is always very sweet and somewhat bubbly, but she does get overwhelmed easily at times. She hates getting yelled at or being put on the spot. It just gets under her skin and makes her want to cry. Edited at March 14, 2024 07:57 PM by Midnight Romance

Levi was in his office going through files that had been sent to him about new methods they were trying for marketing. He had his blazer hanging on his chair and he was not even sitting down. Standing made it easier to reach everything on his desk although it was an awkward angle. He was thriving under the pressure of motivating his team to get this project done, however, he was becoming, not angry or anything, but he was still shorter and less friendly and polite. He worked hard trying to be an example, and he was intentional about figuring out what his employees needed to succeed. There was one employee he was not sure about, but he did not think directly talking to him would work. He was very close to firing him because Levi refused to be a micromanager. He would not stand over his employees to get them to work. That was not what they paid him to do. He had tried to give them more interesting work and now he was tempted to only give them the most basic work. What else could he try? Perhaps he'd have to ask other managers if they had suggestions. He had a meeting in five minutes and he was trying to sweep the paperwork he needed off of his desk and into a briefcase. He did not want to have to send a secretary back here to rummage around. It wasn't organized but he normally was able to remember the general area to look in his mess. It would also look extremely unprofessional if he was unprepared. He wanted the opinion and assistance of some of the Design Department before they started pushing a new advertisement. They had tried it in a few test areas, but they were not receiving a very big response, so he wanted them to improve it. He entered the room and nodded and smiled at everyone. "Thank you for being here in a timely fashion. I thank you for your patience I am barely on time and if you will bear with me while I organize the files. I may be a little disruptive. I think we can begin. Who was the first person who had analyzed the new marketing strategy design we've been trying?" He looked around the room before his gaze landed on Raleigh. "Ms. West, care to enlighten us on your opinions and your solutions?" They could start with her, and maybe that could lead to better-improved ideas or maybe she was just brilliant and he hadn't heard much about her. "We really need this to work. It's getting expensive without any return. While this strategy may not be long term I want to get some short-term benefit out of it."
