Plot In this RP, there isn't a fixed storyline, but that doesn't mean we won't have a blast. The plot will be shaped by all of us together, ensuring a collaborative and engaging experience. We're bringing together gods from Norse and Greek myths along with the zodiac deities for a chaotic and exciting RP. Our setting? Astraeon, a planet similar to Earth, specially tailored for our adventures. For more details and extras, be sure to check out the 'Extra Details' section. It's a great resource to get fully immersed in the world we're creating together.

Extra Details Astraeon - Astraeon mirrors Earth in many aspects, yet it exists as an alternate reality. Here, Greek deities are not recognized by their traditional names like 'Zeus' or 'Hera', but rather, all gods are portrayed as altered versions of themselves, embodied by the players who join this RP. Norse gods and the zodiac signs follow the same logic. The climate of Astraeon is notably temperate, with summer temperatures ranging from 19⁰C to 26⁰C, offering warm and pleasant conditions. Winters, on the other hand, can bring colder temperatures, though they seldom drop below -23⁰C. For a more comprehensive understanding of Astraeon and its environmental characteristics, please refer to the discussion thread Playing the Deities - In this RP, you won't directly portray the gods from any of the three mythologies. Instead, you'll embody a character of your creation, named after your chosen deity. This character will assume the role and powers of the selected god within the narrative. Should you need more information, make sure you PM me. Or check the discussion thread. ♡ Conditions and Setting Info: Astraeon is a fictional setting characterized by its diverse climate and human-centric cities. The main focus is on Falter, the central city where most mortal inhabitants reside. Falter experiences mild winters with light snowfall, though closer to arctic areas, snow can reach heights of up to six feet. Summers in Falter are moderate, ranging from 19⁰C to 26⁰C, with occasional spikes to 33⁰C. In contrast, winter temperatures drop significantly, ranging from -20⁰C to -24⁰C, with rare instances of extreme cold reaching -35⁰C. Mansions owned by the city's elite are scattered throughout Falter, showcasing wealth and status. Nearby is the smaller settlement of Syrena, pronounced 'Sigh-reena', where the deities reside. Despite its proximity to Falter, Syrena maintains a peaceful atmosphere and experiences similar weather conditions, although the gods occasionally manipulate the weather. The landscape surrounding both cities resembles Canada's wilderness, adding to the setting's natural beauty and sense of wilderness. The narrative of Astraeon primarily unfolds within Falter, offering a backdrop of urban life intertwined with the occasional influence of divine beings. Edited at March 18, 2024 11:41 PM by Salem

Jabari Nuxii // Greek // Male // Mentions: Open •.¸✯¸.• Perhaps it was the pleasant air that drew the being to the open doors, or the beauty in the outside world that lay beyond the white banister of the balcony. Maybe it was the call of the irrestible breeze. Whatever it was, it drew the being out to lean against one white pillar. Marble. A pleasant stone, with white elegance tinged with the dark flecks of mystery and--on the rare occasion--lined with gold on the inside of its smooth surface. The gold that reflected the sunlight in warm colors. The building that he resided in wasn't terribly elaborate at first glance. Of course not. It seemed rather... fair and simple for one who's status held immortality. The white pillars that held the balcony up, the rest of the home--seemed like a mix between... perhaps a Greek Parthenon, a southern wrap-around porch and the Victorian era of elaborately carved windows and details. The being, leaning against the pillar, however was far less fair in coloring. The air danced lightly and toyed with his tousled brown hair that fell in waves just over his forehead. Messy? Perhaps a touch but that was for the best! His eyes scanned the distant land, for what? Who knew. Who really knew. His arms crossed over his chest, partially bare at the moment. Jabari wore a rather simple chiton with one sleeve over his right shoulder. He had fashioned a cape-like cloak as well, falling neatly behind him and catching the faint breeze as well. His warm skin gladly drank the sunlight as he scanned along the distant horizon before turning inward to look at the abode he had claimed and 'built' as his own. While relatively simple--solely for the fact that he didn't like too much clutter--Jabari found himself wondering what was missing. What one thing, what on earth, could be missing from this abode? Jabari's lips turned into a light frown, his eyebrows furrowing just slightly as the thoughts took hold. He would have to explore the other immortals and their abodes. Indeed. That would be how he could figure out what he was missing. It was fool proof, of course it was. He turned back, briefly, toward the open doors by the balcony. Already, the gears were turning in his head, behind his hazel and green eyes. How could he get into the other homes? He would likely have to get close to others again. That would mean placing himself in a location that would be nearby the others and slowly make his way through. He'd figure it out, one way or another. That would start with walking toward a main location or something. Which was what the Greek immortal began doing. His feet carried him toward the door, down the steps and the long pathway to the main road leading toward the heart of Syrena. •.¸✯¸.•

Hayden Gemini | Gemini Sign | M | Mentions: Rowan + Open! Hayden listened to the rush of water outside. It had rained last night due to himself and his twins manipulation of weather. They both fell asleep easier to the sound of gentle rain outside so they had made it a habit to keep the weather that way when they planned to sleep. Unfortunately, Hayden had to listen to the rain until Rowan woke up. His twin had been asleep since 11pm and still hadn't woken up, it was noon! It was noon, and his twin was still asleep. The urge to go grab a bucket of ice cold water and pour it over his twin was very strong. But.. that would mean Hayden had to clean up all the water. 'It's not worth the hassle.' Hayden sighed mentally. He couldn't stop picturing it though, delightfully annoyed look from his brother when he woke up. They wouldn't scream at each other, they've gotten past that. Each one of them knew that their twin was thinking the same thing they were. Hayden got up from his comfy, black, lounge chair. He briefly stretched, hands and arms reaching up high above his head and wings fluttering behind him. He opened up his door, heading out into the dark upstairs hallway. He did have to admit, the rain was quite peaceful. 'It's probably very sunny outside, well.. outside our area, that is.' Hayden smiled to himself, thoughts now very full of daydreaming. He loved sunny days, just as much as he loved the rain. Sun meant a happy day, sun meant warmth and sun meant perfect weather to hang out with friends. Or, foes. Whichever came first. He just liked to socialize, even if it meant a little sparring with his enemies. He made it down the black painted staircase with a slight issue towards the last step. At the last step, he almost fell from the stairs. If anyone would have seen him, it would've been quite the embarrassment. However, he managed to play it off gracefully and casually continued on towards the kitchen. Admiring the scenery as he walked, almost stopping by the living room. "It's a very pretty place to live." Hayden murmured. He always, well not always if we're being honest, felt thankful that he was able to live in such a beautiful place. After this completely pointless and utterly useless moment of thankfullness, Hayden arrived at the dark kitchen. Flipping on the light when he entered. "Mm.." Hayden had merely a split second until the thought to make himself a cup of coffee entered his head. Truth be told, all he had wanted on his trip down here was an excuse to get out of his room since he had no reason while Rowan was asleep. Hayden opened up a cupboard perfectly placed for him and his twins heights, and pulled out a nice, sturdy mug. He set it on the counter by the kettle. He then measured his ratio of ground coffee and plopped it into his mug. Pouring hot water over the ground coffee, he picked up his cup and a spoon. He stirred the mixture together and went to sit in his living room. Hayden spent the rest of his time waiting for Rowan to wake up, watching the water fall into the pool just barely located outside of the house itself. There was a very thin layer of glass between him and the outside, if you weren't already told about the glass, you would walk straight into it. It looked as if nothing was there. Kazimir Girithron 'Kaz' | Norse (Frey) | M | Mentions: Hayden (d) Open Kaz normally woke up at 4:30, and today was no different. His scheduled was something he held very close to his heart, and refused to stray from it without good reason. He had immediately risen and spent time outside in the meadows that surrounded his simple manor, before showering, properly dressing, and getting ready to head out. Most of the agriculture that surrounded his home was of his own doing, from the lavender that mingled with wheat stalks to tiny sweet cherry trees and dragonfruit hanging tucked neatly under the cactus vines. His manor was based heavily off Norse homes, being deeply built into the earth, and built out of huge wooden timbers with high, airy ceilings. He knew where he was headed, where he wanted to be. He wanted to see people who would give him attention, affection, and tolerate his fervor and enthusiasm for the coming day. He wrinkled his nose slightly, brushing a strand of honey-blond hair out of his eyes. He adored the Gemini twins, he really did. But...after everything that had happened between Hayden and him? He was a little hurt still, but honestly, he mostly just missed the attentiveness that was given to him at their sprawling home. And honestly, he held no grudge against the boy. Anymore, that is. Kaz sighed, and flicked his hair out of his face again. It was getting completely out of hand, it was really time to cut it. But whenever he chopped it off, it ended up not satisfying him, and he'd be quite aggravated by however it ended up. Finally, fed up with the blowing strands, he caught up the upper layer, and tied it up with a leather string, continuing his walk. After a quiet spell, he hummed softly to himself, and found his way up towards the estate that seemed to lounge on the verdant plains. He grinned at the falling rain around it, it made sense that it would be there, but it amused him nonetheless. He wandered up to the door, walking in without knocking. He closed the door loudly as the abode's current resident's only warning, and kicked off his boots, wandering into the kitchen. He could see the vague outline of wings in the living room, but was too preoccupied with the kettle, and started making himself at home. He was comfortable enough there to truly be himself, and he clumped about in the kitchen, reviving the small bouquet of flowers that was in the corner of the kitchen, (evidence of one of his visits a few days before), and made himself a hot mug of tea before heading out into the living room. "Good morning, Hayden," he said, his voice a mixture of timidness and enthusiasm. "Lovely morning, don't you think?"

MADDIE Female | Chaos | Mentions: Open There will come a time you regret not experiencing things. You will resent the very thing you were put here to balance - humanity. But where is yours? Has it gone away? All those years - you grow older and colder and weaker and yet... you do nothing about it. Maddie had shook her head and opened her eyes. Her feet dangled below the small ledge she was sat upon into the small creek. She huffed in what was annoyance, but she couldn't manage to call it that. Jealousy. Yes. That's what it was. It took some time for her to accept her life as a god, but she believed she would never get used to never being able to live a normal life. Wake up one day with a family and live till only eighty. But no. She was cursed with being here for longer than anyone else. Maddie hated the fact she couldn't properly live a normal life. What was the point of living anymore anyway? Her chaos was balanced... but without it, who would replace her? That's all life was, right? A balance of things you could never control. Things you could never see coming. A life that would be gifted to you but you wouldn't know what was in the box until you opened it. Maddie had opened it numerous of times. Maddie let out another small sigh, raising herself up to her feet as she pushed herself off the ground to do so. She looked around, her bright eyes scanning the wilderness surrounding her. She closed her eyes yet again for a moment, breathing deeply as she felt the slight breeze blow through her hair and the earth below her. Maddie was never accustomed of wearing shoes, especially by herself, allowing for a certain elegance amongst her ugly appearance. At least that's what she called it. The earth below her feet was still moist from the previous nights rain. She allowed herself to feel it in her feet and on her skin from the moisture in the air. She smiled softly, always being appreciative of the life around her. Sometimes she prayed one day that she could be a part of this too. Would she ever? Well, no, that would defeat being immortal. But the thought was always nice to think. Maddie had returned to her small cabin on the outskirts of Syrena. She entered, brushing off her feet gently before she moved to grab coffee from the kitchen counter. She poured the substance into a white mug, looking around. There were tons of small lights hanging from her ceilings and a number of vine-like plants growing rapidly in any space she could find room. Her house had a cozy feeling to it, books scattered about, mostly old literature. You know, since she had been around when it was released. Wasn't often you could say you were around when Shakespeare released his first play. Maddie scoffed at the feeling. She was old but still always felt youthful. While she was tired, she had never felt as though being alive was a waste. Her existence as a balance had grown old, yes, but being alive would never be a waste. Perhaps that why she wanted to live a mortal life. A change in pace. There would be times that days blended together and most of the time she simply had to deal with it. Maddie looked around her small place for another moment before she put her mug in the sink and grabbed a book, heading outside to sit on the small front porch. Maybe today she would have a visitor. Maybe today a change would happen. But how often does change come when it's all you've ever looked for? When will you start looking for something else?

Odelia Seraphim Scorpious | Scorpio | F | Mention(s): Hayden, Kazimir, and Rowan From the depths of darkness itself a small figure would stir beneath the comforts of her burgundy velvet fleece sheets. Grumbling softly as the afternoon sun found itself spilling through the various glass windows into her cozy abode she would manage to roll her frame out of the low lying bed. Eyes lazily blinking as she stood in her bedroom gazing out into the forest before her a warm grin would spill across her face. Her legs were the first to embrace the change in temperature having left the warmth of her sheets. Her torso graced to hold in the warmth of slumber. Outstretching her arms above her head while simultaneously wiggling her toes the docile being would slither into the neighboring bathroom. Hair a mess she would simply gather it all and clip it to the back of her skull. Embracing the minty flavor of the toothpaste and actively building up the foam in her mouth she would soon rinse it all out with ice cold water and follow suit in rinsing the sleep from the rest of her face. Chills crept along her spine as the cold liquid kissed her face. Now bright eyed and bushy tailed her hair would be a problem for later. Stalking out of the restroom Odelia would saunter over toward the closest window with feline grace and place a fingertip over the glass. As spring was nearing the temperatures outside still often fluctuated between a comfortable spring cool and harsh winter cold. Today would seem to be that of the fairer temperature. To wear sweats, leggings, or ripped jeans. Oh the choices. Better yet what top. A bit too cool for any sort of form fitted cropped halter top a long sleeve cropped top will do. Dainty elegant fingers danced through a fall colored assortment of tops deeming a chocolate brown skin tight crop top suitable for today. The top would be paired with an ultra-high waisted medium wash ripped jean and black matte chelsea boots. Returning to her bathroom spray bottle in-hand she would begin the task of moistening her hair, brushing it, and applying curl cream and leave-in to support the needs of her luxurious locks. Giving her hair its final few scrunches she would line the top of her eyes with liquid liner before making her way downstairs into the kitchen. Sitting atop of the island were freshly baked chocolate chip muffins. Odelia found joy not just in sitting with nature, growing herbs, and engaging in obtaining new knowledge but thoroughly enjoyed baking. Being a sign of both creation and destruction she preferred to utilize her creativity rather than delve into her destructive nature. Unfortunately, she had a very bad habit of baking more than she could consume herself thus always arrived with goodies in tow. In this case she had managed to bake eighteen muffins all of which she knew very well she wouldn’t be able to consume on her own. She would begin scrounging her cupboards for a large plastic container and attempt to stuff ten muffins. She had also managed to have left over lavender sugar cookies to which she would stuff into another small container. Ensuring she had everything she would possibly need she would make her escape into the world. ↠↠↠ It had not been much of a while since Odelia had visited her closest companions. The celestial twins of juxtaposing glamor. She admittedly favored one a bit more than the other, having her affections reciprocated ten fold by one while the other remained relatively stagnant. Nonetheless their looks and incredibly social nature would have any human falling for their graces. She greatly enjoyed their company and was more than happy simply to share any space with them. She found their adventurous nature infectious and quickly discovered fulfillment in sharing a little competition between the twins. Making a relatively silent entrance to the twins equally as cozy abode she would set down her baked goods atop of the kitchen counter and begin rummaging through their cupboards in search of nutmeg and cinnamon. Hunger had finally struck and a chai tea latte with a chocolate chip muffin sounded quite appetizing right about now. Grabbing milk from the fridge and adding her finishing touches to the hot tea an unfamiliar voice would arise from the living room. It would seem the twins would have another guest. Good thing she brought plenty of goods to share. Raising a brow slightly she would overhear the conversation taking in the warm vocals of the guest. She had a desire to simply bring Hayden, whom she was sure to be awake by now, a muffin but knew where one twin was the other wouldn’t be far and wouldn’t want to seem cold or rude toward the guest in their home. She would grab a plate from one of the cupboards and set four muffins on top, sprinkling a few cookies for decoration. Feeling satisfied with its presentation she would grasp her mug and bring the plate over to the living room setting everything atop of the coffee table. Her near obsidian pools would fall upon the guests' blonde curls momentarily before scanning the individual's figure rather judgingly. She would soon approach behind Hayden ever so silent with feline grace and gently run her delicate fingers along the edge of his plumage, before smirking and finally allowing her soft warm vocals to dance into the air. “An absolutely breathtaking day, indeed.” She’d remark in response to the guests' lingering question. Soon peering over toward him once more. Edited at March 20, 2024 01:05 PM by Sanania

Belvedere Greek ( Hypnos - God Of Sleep & Dreams ) Male | Mentions : Hayden, Odelia, & Kazimir Darkness encased the room, obsidian curtains blocked the rays of sunlight from entering the room - the room itself was even painted black to add more to the dark ambience. The candles were black with blue flames that offered just a smidge of light, but they were carrying the scent of blackberries throughout the room. Under thick inky satin sheets a young male slept peacefully - his body wrapped in the warm embrace of the blanket, and his breathing being even. He was the twins roommate, Belvedere - how they managed to convince him to live with them was beyond him however they always seemed polite in his eyes, as long as they respected his sleep they would have no problems. The young male shifted uncomfortably in his sleep, brows furrowing in frustration and he then opened his eyes slowly and a small sigh escaped him. He could never escape waking up during the day - why did daytime have to bother him so much? He'd much rather enjoy his precious and beautiful night - when the softest shades of grey were illuminated by the moon and candlelight gave off their soft and inviting light. He grumbled as he got out of his bed, not bothering to turn on the lights as he could see without them. And proceeded fo wash his face and brush his teeth, he grumbled in annoyance as he used the last of his toothpaste. That meant he had to go to the store. He sighed annoyed, as he made his way back to his room and put on an oversized long sleeved white shirt with a pair of jeans and some black and gold sneakers he then grabbed a white beanie and put it on his head and grabbed his glasses. They were special glasses that had transition lenses considering his sensitivity to the light. He opened his door, and was flooded with light and had to wince in discomfort until his transitions kicked in - he slowly made his way downstairs. His long ebony locks of hair curling at his waist and bouncing slightly as he moved, he noted that they had company and wrinkled his nose, not sure about interacting with them - and so he silently observed them. And gave an annoyed snort at the mention of being a beautiful day. His mood soured, he wished that people appreciated nighttime more and he aggressively opened the fridge, and grabbed his left over fried rice and headed over to put it in the microwave. He didn't care if he seemed rude or abrasive, he wasn't in the mood to be polite or socializing - not to mention he hadn't had his intake of caffeine or food yet. Once he heard the beeping of the microwave he got his food, and found a seat near Hayden and began to slowly eat his food. Once he got a few bites in - he decided to grace the room with his words, it was uncommon for him to be up and about at this hour so he might as well use this time for good. "I'm going shopping to grab a few essentials from the store and some coffee as well, did anyone want to come with? And if not, did anyone need anything while I was out?" He hummed casually as he took a bite of food, his voice having a soft and sweet tone to it, with it's natural sleepy drawl to it. The soft scraping of his metal chopsticks could be heard as he set them down to await the responses of the others. He didn't like the sunlight nor being out in it, but he would make an exception for today because he didn't want to be totally antisocial. And besides he has to be somewhat courteous while he was still waking up, after all sleep clung to him constantly and even when he was awake their was that lull of sleep calling to him. And he said, " I say screw the daytime, nighttime is much better - it's too bright and loud for my taste." He said with a hint of annoyance and a slight grouchy tone of voice.
