deviantart and toyhouse are allowed platforms.

im aware you cannot send links to your socials such as instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc. but art sites are mostly allowed. toyhouse is the most common right now

ibis paint is not an art platform its a program.
all art programs is allowed as long as it doesnt involve ai or nonstock assets (some apps will give you "free" backgrounds that are in fact, not free but stolen)

4.| you are definitely allowed to redesign, just please keep it looking somewhat like the original.

5.| not a rule but more of a note, the AB's are high to encourage bidding. the even higher AB's are because i spent considerably more time on those adopts.
