So I pictured these adopts are pretty much based off a battle - race competition, you will have the ability to train your dragon once a week, gaining 1 level every weekly training session. Each training session would cost the level, example:
Week 1 - Level 1 - 10 HP - 10 mush
Week 2 - Level 2 - 20 HP - 20 mush
Week 3 - Level 3 - 30 HP - 30 mush
Week 4 - Level 4 - 40 HP - 40 mush
Week 5 - Level 5 - 50 HP - 50 mush
Week 6 - Level 6 - 60 HP - 60 mush
Week 7 - Level 7 - 70 HP - 70 mush
Week 8 - Level 8 - 80 HP - 80 mush
Week 9 - Level 9 - 90 HP - 90 mush
Week 10 - Level 10 - 100 HP - 100 mush
Training your dragon would help heighten its racing level as well as its health points, In a battle - race a range of dragons entered (no entry fee) would go against dragons with the same level/ health points and you will be put through a interactive story mode like:

[ Your Riders name] and [ Your Dragons name] Push off the starting perch, [ Your Dragons name]'s wings propelling the pair forward, [ Your Dragons name] roars at [Opponents name] and edges closer, Wind whistling through [ Your Dragons name] claw's.
Do you:
1. Attack [ Opponents name] for and take 1 health point?
2. Drive [ Your Dragons name] faster with a prod of your heels?
3. Dive towards the arena floor in forfeit?

After all participants posts are up, I will place a sheet that shows where you and your characters are in the race, some dragons will get to 1 health point left and will be forced to forfeit the race to avoid death (non-existent death anyway)

Retirement
Retirement will be available to any dragon past level 4, but it will be forced on a level 10 dragon who is constantly getting 3+ placings, this means the dragon can replace and start to breed little champions!

Breeding (Ideas)
Breeding will be avaliable, the price is not yet decided but it probably be cheap because of the breeding cap. To ease pressure off me and Bears den, one breeding slot will probably end up as one egg per breeding. Sometimes though a dragon has a chance to have twins. Every dragon, Brought or bred starts as level 0. To make Retirement more searched for, a dragon can only go through the choice of breeding Or a battle - race, so you have to choose whether you want a little one or a prize pot.
Breeding Cap per dragons life:
Female - 15 breeding slots
Male - 30 Breeding slots

To help keep Battle - races fair, only dragons of the same level can verus each other. The Battle - races will be held weekly or every second week (depending on how popular these turn out to be due to the prize pot) and may spread from 1-3 days of battling because I know not everyone is going to be on every day, but do keep in mind when you enter a battle - race, that you have to be active, going two days with no response/ length of the battle - race will (maybe?) lead to forfeit.
