you have to explore and earn brains (the event currency), or buy them. you need 300 brains, and then you can buy the spectre dye from the event shop.

Get the items, then run around in Explore (keeping in mind you'll only run into her on *new* tiles, so don't trace old steps) until you bump into her again.

ZEFHYR, if I remember right, she takes all 3 at once. If you run into her and you only have 1 or 2 of the 3 she wants, she'll just say something like, 'But you still need:
[whatever you're missing]'

Yes you can have Firecracker!
I consider firecracker to be a very spirited dragon, their very loyal, energetic and optimistic, they are very patient and is about 100 years old (not very old maybe 20 in human years)
