I get you, I was diagnosed with a schizoaffective disorder. While having a dog won't eliminate the issues entirely, it does help. My dog is strictly trained so in public her alerting (or lack of) is a big weight of anxiety off my shoulders

I really wish the game had a market den search option, like the option to search for specific items to see if you cant find it in someones market den
