...When there is quest, where my wolves try to attack in farm? Or where they try to scare that birdy man away...all those? Can I see requirements of those quests somewhere? Or just keep quessing?

Attacking Farms + Scaring Birdwatcher: Composure

Helping injured animals: Empathy

Fixing the beaver dam: Morals

Befriending animals (Premium only): Social

Perception+Luck: Finding random items

Wisdom: Escaping quicksand

Charisma: Giving birth to more pups (Male only)
Maternal: Giving birth to more pups (Female only)

These are the main ones

And...do I have better change to get good results, if all of my wolves have 200 points in some trait? Or is one wolf with 200 points enough?

Composure isn't what you need to scare off the bird watcher. You need dominance to scare him off
