In the heart of the Nyabre Forest, the Summit pack has lived comfortable at the base of the Jiegon Mountain for years, turning it's caves into their densites, and the forest into their hunting grounds. Their lives, while not easy, were simple, they needed to hunt to survive, and defend their lands to thrive. Thankfully, with their backs against the mountain, there weren't many who could successfully challenge them for territory, and their lives were stable.
The same thing could not be said for Glacial Pack. Driven out of their original frosty homelands, the Glacial pack carved out a new life in a small territory in the Nyabre forest. They bordered the southern end fo the Summit Pack, but never dared to venture into the stronger pack's territory. Instead, they focused on keeping themselves and their small lands safe from those who surrounded them that wished to see them fail.
Just before the winter, things seemed to come to a head for both packs. The Glacial Pack was desimated by a stronger, larger pack, the survivors taking off into the Summit Pack's territory and leaving their's behind. They sought refuge with the Summits, hoping their Alphas would show them benevolence and acceptance. The Glacials had no where else to turn.
Wary of these tresspassers, the Summits were on edge, they were in a delicate time for the pack, as their beloved Alphas had just succumbed to their age, and a new Alpha was at their helm. With their leadership unstable, and the pack on edge, not all were keen on accepting the strangers into their midst. However, the new Alpha saw it as an opportunity to carry on the previous Alpha's legacy of being kind and welcoming to others, but also firm and protective. He would let the Glacial's join their pack, merging the remainder of the Glacial Pack with the existing Summit Pack, but they would have to prove themselves to the Summit Pack. They would have to prove themselves as worthy, loyal, and useful.
Now the pack must learn how to function both under new leadership but with it's new members, which is more easily said than done. Way of life in the Summit Pack is not easy, and the Glacial Pack wolves will have their work cut out for them as they learn to adapt to their new way of life once again.

The Roleplay Rules
Follow all of Eve's and Wp's Rules!
1. Be Active. This should be Straight Forward. Activity for Discussion and Rp Required.
2. Semi-Literacy and Semi-Realism are the Minimums for the Rp.
3. Follow all of WP's rules for using Images. For this Rp, any stock Images used must be Free to Use and From Deviantart.
4. You may only have 1 High Ranked Wolf, but up to 4 Totals Wolves.
5. Of the Glacial Pack Wolves in the Rp, they can have been High Ranks before, but now they no longer have that authority.
6. Drama in the Rp is accepted and encouraged, but refrain from Drama outside from Rp.
7. If someone is inactive long enough that I remove them from the Rp, or someone is kicked out, their wolves will be killed off in Rp.
8. I reserve the Right to Deny Applications. I usually give a reason why, but even so I likely will not walk you through what or how to fix it. Please put the duplicate number in your form somewhere.
8. Reservations will last for 3 Days. I will give one extension for 12 hours, if it's asked for prior to the original reservation being made.
9. No Godmodding, Powerplaying, Auto-hitting, Perfect Characters, Etc. It will not be Tolerated.
10. All Pups will need to have a Related or Adoptive Adult Caretaker. No Orphaned Pups at the Beginning of the Rp. I May allow for an Orphaned Glacial Pack Pup or Two. Please ask first.

The Summit Pack Rules
1. Every Wolf Must Pull its Own Weight. If they cannot, they will be demoted or exiled. This does not apply to sick or injured wolves, they will be given time to recover.
2. The Pack Eats as One, then Omnicron, then Omegas. If a wolf is found eating out of turn, they will not get to eat for that meal or the next. If there is not enough at one meal for everyone, those who didn't eat will eat first at the next.
3. Omegas can have mates, but they cannot reproduce unless specifically given permission by the Luna or were pregnant before they were demoted. Omegas found having pups without permission will have them taken.
4. All Intruder Wolves will need to brought before the Alpha immediately. Relations with Outside Wolves is Strictly Forbidden.
5. Omnicrons are not to have pups until full fledged pack members. Any Omnicrons having pups before they are will be exiled. If they are pregnant or have pups beforehand, then that's okay.

About the Summit Pack
The Hierarchy
The Hierarchy, or the Ranks, for the Summit Pack are not like your usual wolf Ranks. They're far more extensive and intricate, specially woven so that the pack works like a well oiled machine. Everyone has their place in the pack, and everyone pulls their own weight. Below will be brief descriptions of the ranks.
Alpha/Alphess
This is the Primary Leader of the pack, and therefore the highest Ranked Wolf. They are chosen by the previous leaders to take their place, and while they aren't always related to them, they can be. The Alpha, or Alphess, has primary say over the pack, but share their responsibilities with their mate once they've chosen one. This rank can be challenged for, but if the challenger loses they stand to lose everything, moreso than if the Alpha loses a contest.
Luna/Lune
This is the Mate of the Alpha/Alphess, and helps by leading along side of them. They are viewed as being just as high ranked as their Alpha or Alphess, but just slightly under them. They still will have however much power the Alpha or Alphess gives them, whether that is shared responsibilities or none at all. This rank can only be challenged for with the Alpha or Alphess Permission. You cannot challenge the Luna to become Alpha of the Pack, if you challenge the Luna or Lune you're only challenging to become the Alpha's or Alphess' mate.
Beta
The Beta is the Second in Command to the Alpha. They are a multifunctional role in the fact that they are there to help the Alpha's commands be executed, are trained to lead in their place if needed, and act as the Alpha's body guard to help keep them safe. Beta can be Male or Female, but tend to be male. They can be challenged for but only with the Alpha's permission.
Delta
The Delta is the equivalent of the Beta, just before the Luna. The Delta is there to ensure the Luna, or Lune, is protected and that their orders are executed when needed. In the event that the Luna has pups, the Delta will work with the Beta and Gamma to find someone to help protect the Luna and her offspring. The Delta can be Male or Female. And they can only be challenged with the Luna's Permission.
Gamma
The Gamma is a wolf who is high in rank because of their Prowess in fighting. They are the Lead Warrior, or High Ranked Kappa, as well as the most experienced and skilled. Typically the Gamma is an older wolf in their prime, as it's a rank frequently being changed every few years. The Gamma help with strategizing and leading attacks or patrols, they make sure all warriors are trained and assigned which Kappa will Mentor the Iota's assigned to them. The Gamma can be challenged for without permission from the high ranks. The loser will be demoted appropriately in the Kappa Rank. Gamma is usually male, since male wolves are larger, but it can be either.
Zeta
For the Zeta, they are seen as the Lead Hunter, which would be the Highest Ranked Theta who is the most Skilled and Experienced. The Zeta handles planning hunts and ensuring that the pack gets fed. They help with planning Scouting missions that are to aid with hunting, and often work closely with the Upsilon at times. A hunt does not occur without the Zeta's explicit permission. Zeta can be challenged for without permission, with the loser of the contest being appropriately demoted into the Theta Rank. Zeta can be male or female, but historically more females have been Zetas.
Upsilon
The Leader of the Scouts, the Upsilon is the equivalent of a Lead Scout, or the most Skilled and Experienced Scout. They are in charge of Scouting missions of all types such as patrols with warrior, prey scouting for the hunters, scouting for danger or lost pack members, or even gathering intel. The Upsilon tends to work rather closely with the other high ranks. The Upsilon can be challenged for without permission, however, it doesn't happen as often as it does for Zeta or Gamma. The loser of the contest will be appropriately demoted into the Epislon rank.
Kappas
These are the warriors, or protectors, of the pack. They ensure the borders are marked and guarded, and that any threats to the pack are handled quickly and efficiently. When it comes to disputes with another pack, the Kappas are the ones who are usually doing most of the fighting. In peaceful times, most of their responsibility is delegated to doing frequent patrols through the territory and occasionally helping in hunts. Kappas tend to be large wolves who are bulky and well muscled. Often not the fastest, but usually on the stronger side.
Thetas
These are the Hunters of the pack, the ones who are responsible for making sure that the pack has food to eat. Theta will, at times, spend a good amount of time away from the pack depending on how far they have to go for their hunts. If there is a dispute going on and the Kappas need backup or just more people to fight, the Thetas are sent in next to help. Thetas tend to be more balanced in terms of size, having a mix of speed and strength.
Epsilons
The Epsilons are the Scouts of the pack, and are responsible for going on missions to gather information or patrols. They can scout for things like prey, new territory, information on packs, missing pack members, etc. They're the ones who are also used as messengers when needed. The Epsilons tend to be lean wolves, tall or short, but they're always lean, agile, and fast. They don't pack as much punch as their compadres, but they're quick on their feet.
Iotas
These are the young wolves in the pack, specifically from 1 to 2 years of age. They are apprentices who will be assessed by the Alpha once they turn 1 year old to decide which rank they will go into as they age out. Once they've been assessed, they will become mentees under a wolf of their assigned rank.
Etas
These are the pups of the pack who are under a year old. While considered Etas they are treated as pup and hold no responsibility within the pack. Once they reach a year old and receive their assessment, they'll be graduated to Iota status.
Sigmas
These are the Elders of the Pack. No longer able to preform the duties of their rank, they are retired wolves. They still offer wisdom to the pack, able to help teach and tell stories, so often times they are around the Etas of the pack. They're not viewed as less than for their age, and Elders are well taken care of in the pack.
Omegas
These are the lowest ranked wolves of the pack. For whatever reason, they've been deemed as less than worthy. Typically they're too weak to preform within one of the normal ranks, or they've done something so horrendous it warranted being stripped of all rank and respect, but not enough to be killed or exiled. These wolves are treated poorly and as punching bags for the rest of the pack. They receive the short end of every stick. If they mess up they are at risk of being exiled or worse.
Omnicrons
This is a new rank for the pack and it is reserved solely for the wolves trying to join the pack, which is, most recently the remnants of the Glacial Pack [though it can be Dispersal Wolves too]. This is almost like a half rank within the pack. They aren't viewed as true members yet, and have to prove that they're worthy, loyal, and productive to the pack. Once it has been decided by the Alpha that an Omnicron can join the pack, they will be assigned a rank and promoted into that rank. If they alpha doesn't believe an Omnicron is worthy, they will be chased out. On the off chance that the Alpha sees something in the Omnicron that they haven't shown yet, the Alpha may choose to promote them into Omega to give them a chance to prove themselves. |

Sevger is a large male with an eerie air about him. It's hard to place exactly what it is about the brute, but something about him just seems to set others on edge instinctively. Whether it be his size, a total of 36 inches at the shoulder and around 163 lbs in weight, or not, there is no questioning that Sev is a hefty male. He's a big beast, muscles rippling beneath an onyx coat with broad shoulders, and powerful hips. Everything about Sevger's physique is to make things difficult for anyone who comes up against him.
He has a broad head, and a barrel chest that helps him move through snow with ease. His paws, which are like shovels in terms of size also help him in terms of being sure footed, and allowing him to move easily through snow. His dense, double coat lets him handle different climates with ease, able to be unphased by the coldest of winters. It's thick and rather coarse in texture, so it isn't the softest to the touch, but it's good for warmth and a suitable pillow when needed.
Sevger is a dark wolf, rather being a dark grey wolf, he's entirely black, so his pigment doesn't change with the seasons, and overtime he will grey over his muzzle, but likely won't lose as much pigment in his fur. His eyes are a pale yellow color, almost lacking any color in them giving them a very haunting, almost ghostly, look. His eyes are one of the most captivating things about him, often forcing others to stay locked with them or to look away from their intensity.
There is naturally an intense and dark aura about the male, one that can make others innately uncomfortable when it comes to being around him. It's likely a combination of his personality and his sheer dominance within the pack, but whatever it is tends to make people wary around him. This isn't necessarily an unriendly aura, but it's one that tends to cause wolves to shrink away from him when he's around.
