Some scary stories are meant to just be stories
to be spread around and scare the local children.
They do not always involve a fictional boogeyman
or the creatures that go bump in the night. Some
scary stories are all too real. The characters living
right under the noses of everyone else and when
the moon rises they come out to play. So, some sc-
ary stories aren't meant to be just scary stories to
scare the kids, you just need to find the right people
to shine a little light on what really goes bump in the
night.
It's not unknown that Los Angeles is a place of a lot of happenings. It's a place with a thriving nightlife, a place where people don't tend to look too closely at its actual workings. It was the perfect place for a gang to get a proper footing. What started out as a single gang soon turned to three when the three leaders started to have some major differences in views. They had all started with one idea in mind; having a family that would forever have each other's back. They had created The Hellhounds to offer those like them a place to have, to not have to fear who they were because in a world of normality being slightly difference could mean your death. So, they took in the outcasts of the world and gave them a home. For decades the hellhounds silently ran the streets of Los Angeles, until the differences between the leaders got too serious to recover from. From there stemmed two new gangs; The Men Of Mayhem and The Sons Of Saints. It has been years since their split, but the three gangs are still at each other's throats. It's a constant battle of basically everything; turf, bragging rights, members, if you can think of it; they've most likely fought over it. Will this feud ever end? Who will wave their white flag first? |

Name: Elijah Jonas Cain Nickname: Thanks to Cassian, some members of the gang affectionately call him Babyface. Normally he goes by Eli.
Age: Roughly 200 years old, appears to be in his early twenties
Gender: Male Species: Vaewolf (vampire-werewolf hybrid)
Gang: The Hellhounds Role in gang: Member Personality: He genuinely looks like a dick. Elijah has a tough exterior and a semi-sweet interior. His friends of course have gotten passed his exterior, so they all get to see him as a sarcastic ol' gruff who makes jokes about his missing leg. He takes things too literally sometimes, and he doesn't quite grasp how to approach others without being mean... for the most part. He's like an unsocialized puppy! He personally loves physical interactions, like hugs and sleeping on someone's shoulder; it makes him feel safe, and who doesn't enjoy feeling safe? When someone really grows on Elijah it'll show. The man can't help but to buy gifts for them, even if it means he'll be broke. He'll say that he loves to make people happy while his brother calls him out for what he really is... a simp. Elijah will definitely never admit it though! Appearance: ( "Human" appearance) (wolf appearance) Elijah stands at 5'10" tall and he has brown hair that's shaved on one side of his head with the hair on the other side of his head reaching just below his jawline. A small portion on Eli's hair is colored white simply because he likes how it looks. His hair is a mixture of wavy and curly, which often annoys Eli... but he likes how it looks. It's a small price he pays for looking the way he does. Elijah's skin is light, as if he hardly sees the sun... which is partly true. Oddly enough, even if he's in the sun, he doesn't tan; he gets sunburns. Elijah has a toned body, due to his active lifestyle that he adapted after realizing that he couldn't spend all of eternity lounging around on his couch. He has a smaller build than most men, his shoulders aren't as broad and he appears more dainty than masculine. His most prominent masculine feature would have to be his facial structure and body tone, other than that he's not the most 'macho' guy.
Where no one can really see, Elijah has faded scars right under his belly button and even more scars on his lower back. There's a few more faded scars scattered on his body, but these two areas have the most noticeable ones. None of the scars appear new or freshly healed, they're all pretty old. You could try to inquire about them but Elijah would probably just say he can't recall when he got them since he's lived for roughly 200 years.
He normally wears plain t-shirts or plain long sleeved shirts along with dark colored pants. He never wears shorts, and isn't a fan of anything brightly colored. He almost always wears military grade working boots, which he kept from the time he befriended a soldier in the 1900s. On his right ear Elijah has a few gold piercings, which he completely adores. Elijah wears five rings on his left hand; two on his middle finger, one on his ring finger, and one on his thumb. His rings are all fairly simple; a couple of silver bands, one golden band, one black band, and one rose gold band. Elijah lost his leg way back when he thought joining in on a war would be fun. He's reminded of his stupid ass decision every day when he wakes up and has to put on his prosthetic leg which he absolutely despises. Elijah honestly finds the prosthetic painful. It doesn't necessarily cause unbearable pain, but it does cause the vaewolf some major discomfort and a constant nagging pain. Family: Morgan Samuel Cain (father; deceased), Camilla Lynn Cain (mother; deceased), and Cassian Morgan Cain (brother; alive). Crush: N/A Sexuality: Bisexual, strong male lean. Sure, he may be a vampire-werewolf hybrid... but despite popular belief he can get drunk, and boy does he take advantage of that sometimes. He may not be the party guy, but he's definitely a drunk at times.... which can definitely lead to him partying if he's got some friends with him. |

Gang: The Hellhounds Role in gang: Member Personality: Cassian loves to party. He's the type of guy who'll indulge in energy drinks and stupid candy. Everything about him screams immature and reckless. The only person who really sees passed his party boy facade is his own brother, Elijah. In that sense, they're more alike then they are different. Cass uses this as a means to avoid confronting his own emotions. Instead of opening up about what actually bothers him, he drinks his nights away and has fun. That of course isn't all that makes him up. Cassian is a generally quiet person when he isn't out and about. He likes to sit back and observe, watching what people do and figuring out what they might like or dislike based on what they do during the day. More often than not he'll find himself wanting to talk with them, as he loves to chat, but he always chickens out and resorts to sitting in silence. Once he does start talking, it's easy to find that he's easy to entertain. You can tell him a joke that's hardly funny and this man will snort. All in all, this man really isn't the reckless guy he makes himself out to be. He loves to chat and really, really, loves to lounge around with other people. You'll 100% find him platonically cuddling with his close friends. They can try to get out of it, but he's like a leech... and not just because he consumes blood like them! Appearance: ( "Human" appearance) ( wolf appearance) Cassian looks like a Californian beach boy.. if Californian's saw little to no sun. His hair is an incredibly light blonde color, appearing nearly white with one strand of brown hair that matches his brother's brown hair. The left side of his head is shaved, leaving his naturally wavy-kinda-curly hair draped along the side of his face, reaching just below his jawline. Cassian's skin is soft to the touch and pale in color. His skin is far from perfect, like his brother he has some scars scattered across his body, with one large scar on his left palm from an accident he had recently... so it's still healing some. The last of his scars resides on the right side of his face where his hair falls perfectly. The scar is older but still prominent, he got it as a result of being drunk and picking a fight. There is some warmth to his skin tone, with a natural glow dusting across his cheeks and bridge of his nose. Unlike his brother, Cassian naturally appears charming, even with his downturned mouth which gives him one hell of a resting bitch face.
Cass' body is broader than his brothers, but less muscular. With a little more hard work, he could have a decently toned body, but due to his lazy tendencies Cassian has a flatter abdomen rather than one with prominent abs. In all honesty, he doesn't mind not looking ripped- he's fine with his appearance as is. Much like his brother, Cass also has some faded scars on his lower back and abdomen, though his are much less visible. Unlike his brother, when asked about them he simply says he got them from fighting a great white shark. He'll stick to that story even though almost no one believes it.
When it comes to clothes, this man has no set style. Some days he'll lounge around in a hoodie and sweatpants while other days he'll wear a casual business suit as he sips on champagne. You'll never catch him without his earrings though, those he seemingly never takes off. Cassian will never be caught wearing any open toed shoes though- he despises the idea of people seeing his feet.... that and he's yet to find any that are actually comfortable.
