Started having issues with the witch encounter. When I found her she said I needed Anise for her potion or whatever, but when I went to my relic inventory, I had 4 Anise sitting around.EDIT: The 4 Anise I had in my inventory were from the Jungle. When I found an Anise in Forest, which was where I was experiencing this problem, she accepted it. So it would seem that she's ignoring ingredients found in different terrains. Here's the witch encounter:

This isn't necessarily a bug, but it doesn't quite make sense. In theory, wolves with an Excellent howling rating would always be able to beat the undead wolf in howling right? Well I've had wolves with any rating from Below Average to Excellent beat him and wolves from Excellent down to Poor lose to him. So I don't quite see how it's fair. In this event it's more difficult to earn the currency than the other events so how are I supposed to get 700+ brains if my wolves have a random chance of winning or losing the most frequent encounter? Like I said, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but could it possibly be changed to make it more fair? I just don't understand what would give a wolf a better chance of beating the undead wolf in a howling contest other than their howling rating. Edited at October 1, 2017 06:33 PM by Sabbath

Yes, it turns out I did. Is that why she wouldn't accept them?

It's a random chance to beat the howler, though wolves with better howling scores will have a better chance than those with poor scores. However this doesn't mean that it guarantees your excellent howlers will win.
