HOLO Male | 3.5 years | Male Beta of Golden Fire Pack | Timber Wolf Appearance: [ Mod Edit: image removed for non-stock and hotlinking] Holo weighs in at about 93 pounds, standing at about 2.3 feet. He is slightly smaller than the average male, but what he lacks in size is made up by skill. His eyes are a deep brown, and his ears stick up and are fairly small for the size of his head. He has a bushy tail, though it is shorter than average. Holo has a variety of black and brown on his coat, as well as a little bit of white. He has a few orange markings, but you can only really see them up close, and for the most part Holo just looks brown and black, which is a good way to be able to camouflage in the woods. [ Mod Edit: image removed for non-stock and hotlinking] Personality: Born the alpha’s (Hawk) son, Holo was in the line for beta from the minute he entered the world. He received training as he grew up, and by 23 weeks old he was hunting with the pack, albeit for learning purposes. While Holo is a decent fighter, he is not nearly as good as some of the other wolves in his pack. However, he is easily one of the best hunters, and prefers hunting a few big prey rather than a lot of small ones. He is tasked with assigning patrols, scouts, and hunting groups, as well as leading hunting groups of his own, and he has been taking on more responsibility since he was 2 years old, classified as an adult. Being the alpha’s offspring and possibly a future alpha, a lot was expected from him since a very young age. He tries his best to live up to them, but mainly he only wants to please one person. His father. Really, his character isn’t a vicious type, but it’s what the alpha expects him to be, so that’s what he tries to be. Holo is actually a goofball, but having maintained his demeanor for so long, he only shows it in front of a few select people. He’s thought of disobeying his father, going to live his life how he wants, but he stays. If not for his father, he stays for the members of the pack, hoping to one day give them a different type of leader. He wants peace, if only for the benefit of his people, which is why he agreed to the deal. It didn’t mean he had to like it, however. He’d always dreamt of finding love, someone he could be himself around. But alas, it wasn’t meant to be. One of the few traits he does share with his father is that he’s a natural leader, but not by fear but rather building people up. In his eyes, being a leader is nothing if your people have hatred in their hearts for you. He’s determined to give the pack a better leader, one that isn’t so vicious, so heartless. Holo was raised by his mom, and while she’s Halk’s mate and the alpha female, she isn’t much like him at all. She’s more soft-hearted, loving, the type of person that Holo looks up to. He doesn’t want to lead like Halk did, but rather how his mom would lead given the chance. Watson (Watt) K. Shore Male | 31 | Trial Lawyer Appearance: In short, Watson has a businessman sort of stature and a walk of confidence, though he isn’t always like that outside of work. He has jet black hair which is smoothed back, and he only allows it to look messy when he’s off-work. He takes his sharp appearance very seriously, with the mindset that the jury is more likely to have a good impression if the lawyer looks smarter. He has very dark brown eyes, and they look black most of the time, which adds to the sharpness of his appearance. He stands at 6’1 and has a leaner build, which is why he became a runner in his free time. He has a confident aura around him which wills others to take him seriously, especially in court. He wears a suit and tie on a daily basis, though he has a much more casual wardrobe when off the clock. For work, he has a much more sharp appearance, always wearing a dark colored suit and a tie. Of course, it was uncomfortable to wear formal clothing every day at first, but he had grown used to it after many years of practicing. In more casual settings, he wears hoodies and jeans, a complete difference from his sharp demeanor in court. His hair is the only thing about his appearance he always keeps the same. Personality: Blunt, Confident, Intelligent, Businesslike Watson has learned, over years of practicing the law, not to let your emotions get in the way of making your case, and he’s changed a lot since he passed the bar exam. He’s gotten a lot less invested in his cases, and his main reason for winning a case is his own reputation rather than his client’s affair. This may seem bad, but he works even harder for concerns of himself rather than other people. While this doesn’t mean he lacks empathy, he’s certainly a little self-obsessed. He has a great reputation in the area and has been winning cases since he started, but the bar was reluctant to give him a high profile case due to less years of experience. But now, finally, after winning a case for celebrity who requested him as a lawyer, he’s allowed a more media oriented case. At first in his career, Watson was given minor case, almost as no one trusted him with anything more. Still, he worked as hard for a shoplifting case as he would a murder case, and it payed off. His confidence built the more cases he won, until he started to get more high profile cases. Now that he’s a renowned lawyer, he carries himself with confidence, and it’s affected other aspects of his life, making him better at his other hobbies. He tries to remain humble, but sometimes his overconfidence seeps into his voice. While he is a little cocky, it is mostly meant as a joke, and for truth, he’s just proud of his career. Early on in life, it was clear that Watson was going to be intelligent. Now, intelligence and recklessness are two different things, and Watson possesses them both. Still, he manages to keep it in check, especially after he started a family. He is more of a sit back and observe kind of guy that to be confrontational, and he manages to gather a lot of information like that. However, his personality almost changes in court, and he gets very competitive and upfront. He’s been put in contempt multiple times. He tries to keep his personal and business life separate, including messy relationships. The only time he isn’t professional is when he gets too heated in court, which are the times he was placed into contempt. This makes him appear very professional, and he’s being considered for a partner in his firm. He knows that if he wins the big case that he’ll get into the partnership, so he’ll do what it takes. History: Watson had a pretty normal childhood, he was quite popular among his peers. He grew up with two younger brothers and a lot of pets, so he was naturally an animal person. While being popular, he still got good grades, and was more well-known for his sense of humor. It doesn’t hurt that he offered to do other’s homework for some cash on the side. After breaking up with Rebecca, he met another girl in which he connected with and got married. They had a son a few months ago and adopted a German Shepherd puppy, and they are currently in a very happy relationship. Let’s hope that it doesn’t change. Weaknesses+Fears: Watson is reckless at times, but it’s gotten better since he’s had his kids. When he isn’t able to control himself, he gets angry, really angry. Luckily, these episodes happen only occasionally. He can also be seen as cold, especially by others in court. What they don’t know is that years of having to defend criminals makes you numb to feelings at times, especially while your in the action of doing it. The rest in the roleplay... Strengths+Desires: Watson is intelligent and has been able to do things easily his whole life. He also has a high drive and is very hard-working, which is the reason he excelled through high school instead of some of his lazier friends. He is bold but is able to control himself in most situations, and it is very important to his character, since when he can’t control himself, he essentially explodes. After having a kid, strangely enough, he became even better at controlling his actions. He dreams of raising his son, and he wants a second child, maybe a daughter. He dreams of being the ideal dad. Booker (Book) K. Elm Male | 26 | FBI Agent Appearance: Booker has messy hair which he tends to completely remodel every few months, which is just one of the many peculiar things about him. He’s even dyed it a few times, but mostly natural colors so as not to attract too much attention. He has dark brown eyes, with nothing really special about them, except the glint that appears when he has an idea. One of his trademarks are round glasses, though he doesn’t have that bad vision without them, they just make him able to see things a little clearer. He doesn’t make very many dramatic facial expressions, and in order to see his expression through his face, you have to focus on his eyebrows, which he uses to express himself. Book also isn’t very sizable, nor does he have much physical strength, but he had just enough to be able to pass into the FBI, though they did make some exceptions based on his intelligence, with the assurance that he would be used for more psychological needs of the FBI rather than physical ones. On a regular basis, Book dresses what would be seen as casual for work, but dressy for more casual situations. He wears a standard long sleeved shirt, usually with some sort of plaid pattern, and a tie that’s usually somewhat contrasting. Though he doesn’t plan his outfits, they usually match subconsciously. Of course, at times he has to wear his FBI vest, but he doesn’t go in physical situations for the most part, so mostly he sticks to the same outfit, along with a pair of jeans and black shoes. Occasionally, he wears beanies or other hats for a small period of time, but reverts back to his original style soon enough. Personality: While Booker is one of the youngest in his team, he is also one of the smartest. He excelled through the academy, and he is always itching for a new situation to analyze. He is determined and focused, and once he starts a task, he doesn’t stop until it’s finished. He sometimes becomes obsessive over small things, which is a behaviour he is aware of, and hates, but is unable to stop himself. Often, Booker overcomplicates and overthinks things, and he is always in the process of training himself out of that bad habit. He sees things through a perspective that not many others have, and he sees things differently, which he tends to analyze from there. Along with his smarts, Booker is still quite socially awkward. Of course, he’s grown close to his team, so it doesn’t get much in the way of his communication with them, but it’s always a challenge to be able to talk normally to strangers. Still, as he works more with the FBI agency, he becomes better that that. He tries to push himself to become more confrontational, but he almost always ends up slinking back into the shadows, watching from afar. Only those whom are close to him really know him, which includes his team and a small group of friends. Watsin also tends to doubt himself a lot, which isn’t an ideal quality in a FBI agent, but he tries to appear confident in front of his team. Of course, they all know him well enough to know when he’s acting, but maybe, You can fake it till you make it. Often, the reason for him overthinking is because of his self-consciousness, where he tends to doubt his decisions and such, and only members of his team know him well enough to be able to stop him from overthinking instead of making his final judgement. Every day, he struggles with it, but it gets better with the help of his teammates, so he often sticks close to them. He does spend a lot of time alone, lost in his imagination, but he’s grown very attached to each member of the team. Backstory: As a child, Book mostly kept to himself, but it didn’t stop bullies from using him as their punching bags. Soon, he had developed ways to be able to avoid them effectively while still being able to be aware. Of course, teenagers will be teenagers, and he did fall for some tricks that were set up, but he managed to avoid them for the most part. He had a pretty good family life, with one older and one younger brother. He grew pretty close to his siblings, and both of them, even the younger one, stood up for him in some situations, but he didn’t really need it, since he’d learned to deal with other’s opinions. Strengths + Desires: Booker is intelligent, but he doesn’t like to show off with it. He thinks about his judgment and analyzes situations to find the best approach for success. He desires someone he feels like he can truly trust, not just as a team member, but maybe something more. He is very comfortable around each of his team members, but he believes there is something more in life that he has yet to find, and he will search his whole life for that next step. Weaknesses + Fears: Booker isn’t very strong physically, and while he isn’t much help in the physical aspects of the job, he can break down the crimes physcologically, which is just as important. He isn’t very confrontational either, but he’s getting better the more he works for the FBI, and there’s been a major improvement since he started out. He still tends to be socially awkward, and he often doubts himself, which is the root of his problems with overthinking. He fears his teammates not liking him most of all, which stems from a feeling that he is always alone. Once he became a part of the team, he became very attached to all of them, especially a select few. Edited at October 26, 2020 11:22 AM by Floofinator

Level 5.5 years | M | Caucasian Ovcharka Dog | Guide Dog Appearance: [Mod Edit: Removed for hotlinking] Level has a brown scale coat, with some accents of black around his face area. He weighs in at a healthy 137 pounds, having been fed consistently all his life, and being a naturally large breed. He stands at 29 inches tall, again, quite within his breed standard. He has mostly light brown fur around his body, with a bit of white blended around his shoulder and chest areas. His ears are quite big and floppy, characteristic to the breed. He has a lot of muscle, that comes naturally with the breed. Personality: Out of his litter, it seemed Level had the best service dog tendencies. From the beginning, he'd always taken an interest in humans particularly. Originally, when the litter was being tested for protection by a human who came in, he was more interested in staying close to the human than approaching the other dogs they'd had out and playing with the rope that had been set out. He is, for the most part, a happy dog. He's loyal, trustworthy, and a little too easy to trust. Level is not very confrontational, and he has had multiple run-ins with dogs who've tried to bother him or his handler. He knows after months of training that he has to ignore those dogs, something he's not too unhappy about doing. He is pretty timid for the most part, though he can get a little more protective when it comes to his owner. Since he spends most to all of his time with Taylor, he's developed separation anxiety and almost can't function when he's away from her. When he got lost, he turned into a shell of a dog. Without his purpose of being with his owner, he feels quite empty out on the streets. He has little to no street skills, and it's becoming increasingly difficult for him to survive on his own. He felt empty on most days, even feeling occasionally guilty for not doing his tasks, before realizing he had no one to do the tasks for. When he got found, it was an instant relief. Backstory: Level was born in a litter bred in Russia, and his owner flew all the way there to get him. His owner, Taylor, was blind and looking for a service dog, and soon brought him over to the city when he was 10 weeks old, after constant temperament testing. In the city, he underwent a lot of training for specific tasks to fit Taylor's disability. After 21 months of training, Level was finally ready to actually help her in real life. He knew that he had to ignore other dogs and people trying to interact with him, he had to walk in a heel and help guide his owner, and he had to perform specific tasks his owner had difficulties with. Through the training, Level had grown to love both his owner and her family and grew very attached to his handler. He knew his purpose was to help Taylor, to protect her. For 5 and a half years with Taylor, he helped her, he served his purpose, and he was determined to be the best dog he could be. He was content. Orson West Male | 23 | Police Officer Appearance: Orson stands at 6’1, and has a muscular body type due to his profession. His hair is a plain brown, though it is slightly darker than standard. It’s somewhat messy, but not overly hard to tame. He has a common haircut among men his age, with the sides of his hair shaved down and the top slightly longer. He has his hair parted to the right, with most of it on one side and a few stragglers sticking to the left of the parting. His hair is a lot thicker than normal, added to the fact that it grows at an accelerated rate becomes quite irksome, since haircuts are longer and more frequent. His eyes are a muddy gray sort of green, and are wider and rounder. He sported a beard for a short period of time, but decided to shave it once it started to look bad. His eyebrows are thick and slightly bushy, and they are closer to his eyes. He has a larger than average forehead, as well as a broader face shape. He often has his teeth whitened in an effort to look more charming, just to fuel his ego a little bit. Orson hasn’t worked his way up to detective just yet, but he aspires of one day wearing a suit to work everyday. For now, his work attire is a standard police uniform, crafted to allow mobility and unique to represent authority in the general public. When off-duty, he wears casual wear, pretty standard among the general public. Plaid, button down shirts make up a lot of his wardrobe, though sometimes he wears t-shirts. He doesn’t stray from jeans as his bottom, and overall keeps his wardrobe simple and consistent. He doesn’t particularly pay too much attention to his appearance, other than his teeth, for reasons he can’t particularly name. Orson is in fit shape, as it is in high demand to become a police officer. Even in his teenage years when he wasn’t sure what his profession was going to be, he was somewhat of an exercise fanatic. He did standard things, like lifting weights and taking runs around trails in the area. He’s quite toned, and he’s substantially big, due to his height and muscle. He’d tried “healthy” diets before in his life, but he always reverted to a normal sort of diet, but with less junk food and unhealthy components. He wore glasses as a kid, but he got lasik surgery as soon as he turned 18, in an effort to look less “nerdy” in his opinion. Personality: Orson has a tough exterior, but when you get down to the root of it, he is somewhat of a pushover. It’s due to the fact that he hates disappointing, one might call him a people pleaser. Of course, this doesn’t apply on the job, he wouldn’t be much of a police officer if it did. He believes in justice, and has no compassion for people who break the law. He isn’t very confrontational when he’s off the clock, and prefers to diffuse intense situations rather than fuel them. However, he also has a temper, which seems like it contradicts his other traits. He can hold out keeping his calm for a substantially long time, but when he gets angry, he blows up. He’s not the silent type when he’s angry, but rather gets in arguments often and makes snarky comments and sly attempts and putting you down. This goes on for quite a while after the incident, since he’s been known to hold grudges. Bottom line, it’s hard to get him mad, but once you do… It’s often hard for Orson to properly express his thoughts, since he’s scatterbrained. He understands his thoughts perfectly fine, but getting them out to the public s difficult, since they aren’t completed, per say. He has the beginning of the thought and proceeds to abandon it for another he believes is better, and the cycle goes on until he reaches the same thought. There are some benefits to having many thoughts at once. When brainstorming, he tends to write down all of his ideas and develop on them later. Overall, he has a messy thought process and has a hard time communicating his thoughts. Don’t mistake it for him being quiet though. He’s one of the most talkative people you’ll meet, and he rarely quiets down when people tell him to. He hates when people tell him to “calm down”, as he’s naturally a very excitable and energetic person. Orson is a little overconfident and believes he’s very important, especially since he’s in a position of power as a cop. It’s one of his many flaws, and this one tends to be the one which brings him down the most. When someone checks his ego, it’s stuck in his head for days, even weeks after. It’s hard for him to acknowledge when he’s wrong, which isn’t a quality of a leader. He doesn’t like jobs he considers “beneath him,” and is in a general bad mood when he receives them. Here, he isn’t actually mad, but rather just cold. He looks egotistical in these moments, and honestly, it’s not a lie.

Adolfo "Noble Wolf" in German 11 months | Male | Trainee | Melanistic Grey Wolf Rank desired: Adolfo has dreams of becoming the beta male. He wants a high ranking position, but he feels being the alpha would put too much duty on him, himself. He likes having a little bit of order, being guided and told what to do. As the alpha, he would have to make those decisions himself, which he doesn’t particularly want to do. Backstory: Adolfo was born into the pack and he had just gotten moved into the trainee den. He is still getting used to not living with his parents and being trained by the pack. Though there is a feeling of homesickness, he’s excited to start his new life. His pup name was Arrow, which he liked, often thinks about changing it back once training is done. Appearance: [ Mod Edit: image removed for non-stock and hotlinking] Adolfo is a melanistic grey wolf, which means that he has an all-black coat. His eyes are bright yellow and they shine in the sun. He is the standard size of a gray wolf juvenile, maybe a little bigger. His coat has long fur, yet it remains smooth down his back. During the winter, snow speckles on his back and head. He has an off white chest and muzzle, and a small ring of white at the end of his tail. [ Mod Edit: image removed for non-stock and hotlinking] Personality: Adolfo is a very playful pup, almost always hyped with extra energy, something that could be expected out of a wolf pup. He is intently focused and doesn't lose concentration easily, a good quality within a wolf. With the proper training from his pack, he can harness that concentration and become a great beta, if he can try his shot at it. In order to mask awkwardness, he's a major flirt, and is often turned down but others. He can't say that he blames them though, his pick up lines are pretty bad. He loves to joke around, and he doesn't often take things very seriously, which can get him in trouble with some of the more serious dogs. Even though he likes to get dirty, he also loves water, but he's only a moderately good swimmer. He is very sweet and he loves everyone around him, but he'll go to any extent to protect his friends. He is a very hard worker and is very determined. Adolfo is very social, and he is always looking for a new friend or playmate. Adolfo often has self-conscious thoughts, but he tries to get over them but thinking about other things. Other: Image Credit to Khalliysgraphy on DA Abilities/Strength/Weaknesses: Adolfo is very focused and concentrated, and he is one of the fastest wolves you'll ever meet. He's also a very cognitive thinker and likes to impress people using his intelligence. However, there also comes his downfall. Adolfo spends too much time trying to impress others, and he sometimes does reckless things because of this. He is very impulsive and gets himself into danger because of his impulsiveness, and he's lucky to have friends who can keep him out of any major trouble. Name: Nike Gender: Male Age: 3 years Rank: Normal Canine Goals: He’s happy where he is as normal canine, and he's too nervous to ever be able to manage a higher rank. He wants pups one day but often feels like he'll never have someone to have them with. Species: European Wolf Appearance: [Mod Edit: Removed for hotlinking] [Mod Edit: Removed for hotlinking] Personality: Nike is a very friendly wolf. He’s happy where he is in life and what matters to him most is his happiness. He’s a bit of a nerd, and he talks with straight facts. Ignorance is his worse fear, as well as being hated by his peers. He respects authority and obliges to his orders. Because of his passive behavior, Nike is considered a pushover and finds it hard to stand up for himself, much less others. He's tried, on multiple occasions, to confront those who have done him harm, but always ends up getting bullied back into a corner. Regardless, he always has a smile on his face and loves to engage with the other canines. Well, the ones he knows. Meeting new people is just awkward in short, but it gets better as he gets to know them. He doesn’t care too much about the division between wolves and dogs, but he does find it awkward to meet with them alike. Other: Credits go to Khalliysgraphy on DA Family/Friends: Open Crush/Mate: Open Abilities/Strength/Weaknesses: For what Nike lacks in size, he makes up for in skill. Not fighting skill, but hunting skill. He's fast and can walk silently on his feet, all good qualities for hunting. He is also an excellent howler, but it's not much of a practical skill that should be taught to trainees. Speaking of, he loves taking on the job of mentoring trainees, though he wasn't given them very much under Chaos due to his submissiveness. On another note, Nike is bad at fighting, physically, and mentally. Due to his small size, and his lack of fighting skill, combined with the fact that he hates hurting others, makes him a disaster. Additionally, he is socially awkward dude, hating to meet new people. Edited at October 26, 2020 12:02 PM by Syncopated Clock
