~Theon "Theo" Ravix~ ~ “Don’t step up if you can’t handle being put down.” ~ Full Name: Theon Blaire Ravix Nickname(s): Theo Age: 23 Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Species: Werewolf Pack Rank: Alpha ~ Appearance: Simply put, Theon is regarded as a fairly intimidating figure, and he works to keep it that way. If looks like he’s sizing someone up, it’s because he is, and he is usually quick to determine most individuals are inferior to him. At a physical height of 6”1, with the disciplined and prideful posture he carries himself with, Theo can easily look 6”4. While he isn’t someone raging with freakish muscle, it is highly evident just how toned and fit every part of him is. It’s wrong for anyone to assume his larger height disallows him from being agile and nimble however, because he wields both strength and swiftness with great precision. If it’s not his build that influences a person to shrink from him, it’s the hostile and cold expression he leads with that will. Paired with his evident - but not heavy - Scottish accent, just about everything about Theo screams powerful. Theon possesses a more diamond structured face, and his cheekbones are more defined than they are severe. Sitting atop his head is hair such a deep chestnut brown, that it almost resembles a shimmering black. It’s cropped a little shorter on the sides, and is long enough on the top with a few wispier curls to add an attractive contrast to the varying hair lengths. Below rest his usually inexpressive brows that hardly raise or imply any emotion at all. They are more arched towards the end, and are considered a little thinner than average. Theo's eyes, however, are an equally alarming and alluring color of bright amber. A brighter almost orange-gold tinge circles around his iris while the outside color is a brown barely lighter than his hair. They’re framed by dark, thick lashes that almost provide a gentle touch to his otherwise hardened features. With his nose being a more normal aquiline structure, his lips are a softer shade of rose that are almost always pressed into a straight line. The skin tone that pairs with Theo’s is more of a neutral tan; not immensely dark, but far from boldly light. It suits him rather well though, and is a small splash of complimenting warmth to pair with his other burning features. Scar wise, the most prominent on Theon are a few fight marks down his back, left rib cage, shoulders, and chest. They aren’t overwhelmingly noticeable, but they are there. Smaller and more faded ones reside elsewhere, but those are hardly worth the strain to find on him. As for attire, Theo is more of a ‘dress for the occasion’ kind of guy. Casual to business casual is usually the most common in the wardrobe spectrum one may see him in, but he does know how to properly put himself together for varying formalities. Wolf form: (Design Credits to Willow Winters on TH) In his shifted form, Theon does not fall short on his intimidating reputation. As a wolf with long running alpha genes, it reflects in the sheer size and power evident with every step in his walk. Unlike his human form’s amber eyes, Theo’s wolf possesses crystal blue eyes that cut through anyone he stares down. While he would very much oppose the words “fluffy” and “soft” in regards to describing the texture of his fur, his coat is exactly both of those things. It may look more flossy from afar, but his coat also possesses a slight crimp to the lighter and more patterned parts to his fur. ~ Personality: Straightforwardly, Theon can be easily seen as a cold hearted individual. While every creature possesses layers to their making, an aloof and blunt personality is what he fronts with, no matter who you are. Generally the first thing Theo does when it comes to meeting someone or simply entering a room is observing. Depending on what someone may reflect, Theon judges right then whether he may consider you a friend, foe, or something between the two. Just because he deems you ‘friendly’ though, does not mean he will treat you with a smile and polite gestures. Most people are equally unworthy of his time and attention, and that he reflects through his inattentive or somewhat rude behavior. A young alpha he may be, but his vastly large pack follows him with nothing short of dutiful and loyal tendencies with how well he takes to the rank. Nothing short of dedication and will power is the reflection of Theo his pack sees, but in all honesty, he really is an incredible leader. Leading is just as natural as breathing to him, so while a few may be surprised he doesn’t rule on a basis of fear, he is regarded as a fair but fierce individual. He believes in his respect needing to be earned rather than given, so to be remotely in his radar requires steadfast diligence and well meaning initiative. There is an appealing level of charismatic nature to him as well, so that only fuels his followers to stay true without a shred of doubt in his abilities to lead. Theon definitely comes across as emotionally unattached, and while he harbors a safeguard of apathy, he does possess the ability to care and nurture. Softer qualities just don’t currently have a place in his life, and he has not practiced such things very much either. Even as a child, Theo has been very driven to hold his future rank with precision and grace, so things such as expressing affection and complete relaxation are strangers to him. To a great extent, he is a highly independent person when it comes to handling himself and his duties, but for things beyond his single grasp, that’s where his ability to delegate comes into play. Theo is not one for malicious manipulation, but he does tend to work strings rather well for the benefit of the greater good for his wolves. Being able to move things and people around so fluidly falls into his more intelligent nature, which fits perfectly into place with his other various supporting qualities. In no way is Theon selfish, he just knows how to not be a gullible pushover. Lying and dishonesty are things he truly despises as well, unless like mentioned before, it serves the greater good. Aside from his focused and hard to approach demeanor, Theo does possess a lighter side to him around very few people. Sarcasm is typically his way to express his friendliness, and aside from his darker sense of humor, he can make childish and giggle worthy puns. Smiling is something he rarely does, but when it’s genuine, it’s evident through the way it reaches his eyes. To people he has chosen to be his closer companions, he does share his validation and acceptance of them typically through a mix of actions and words. Talking is something Theon usually keeps to a minimum, but he can be a little chatty when he’s comfortable. Overall, rougher edges aside, Theo is a person capable of being softer to those worthy of his time and attention. ~ Strengths: Leading Observance Keeping Face Intimidating Combat (In Both Forms) ~ Weaknesses: Blunt Hard to Approach/Get to Know On a Personal Level Generally Apathetic Stubborn Impatient ~ Likes: The cold Star gazing Music; varying rock and alternative The woods ~ Dislikes: Loud/obnoxious people The heat Bright lights Being called 'puppy' Backstory: Hailing from Scotland, Theo's pack was founded on U.S. soil when his father took claim over a few smaller packs in the area they relocated to. Theon was seven at the time of the move, and by sixteen his father had managed to reign as alpha of the largest pack in their area. Theo's first mate, Verena, was one of the few individuals he's known since first moving to the states. A violent illness ravaged the pack a year prior, leaving Theo not only fatherless, but mateless. Losing the two closest people to him very much changed Theo from the bubblier individual he had once been, but as the person expected to lead his pack now, he doesn't have the luxury of being the person he used to be. While still coming to terms with his own grief, Theon has been working tirelessly to still provide and lead the indiviudals of his pack that also lost loved ones to the mysterious illness. Running. Branches and briars ripping through fur and skin. Bones aching and body giving in. The sound of barking and growling growing behind her. All of those were things that Jezebel was experiencing. She had been running and hiding on and off for hours and she was about to give in. Just as Jezebel was starting to falter, she heard the running behind her grow distant as it was retreating. How odd. Odd indeed it was, up until the pungent smell of another pack hit her nose. That was the reason her pursuers let off. Jezebel could only hope that this would be her saving grace and not another prison. Jezebel kept running up until she was blind sided by another wolf. It knocked her to the ground, causing Jezebel to yelp and wimped as it stood above her growling. It seemed obvious that her unexpected presence was not welcome. Shift. Now. The other wolf spoke to her and Jezebel obeyed. Although they were not the alpha, Jezebel was in no place to object. Jezebel shifted, her bones cracking and snapping back into place until they were in the shape of a small human woman. Beatened, bruised, and bloodied. It was obvious that she had been through literal hell for who knows how long. Upon the sight of the trembling abused woman, the wolf backed off of her, softening his approach slightly. At this time more wolves were beginning to arrive, curious of the new person and her business there.

A steady hand combed through Theon’s tousled, darker locks. The alpha male stood in a rarely relaxed fashion on his open balcony, overlooking a portion of his territory. A small opening quickly runs into a vast sea of trees surrounding the building on all sides. The balcony is attached to his designated private space at the pack house, a mansion worthy place with a modern, yet overall darker aesthetic to its inside and out. The sun had recently dipped behind the distant mountain range, leaving a sliver of the moon to hang in the clear but darkening sky. Even as a child Theo’s amber gaze had always been drawn to darker skies. Such a vast, peaceful place it was among the stars. The male sharply turned his head in the direction of a door opening to his private room, though the voice that began to speak quickly confirmed the entity to be Theo’s closely entrusted beta. “There’s a trespasser on the west border, closest to the pack house,” the beta, Erix, spoke in a rather mellow tone. It was the lack of urgency that compelled Theo to further turn to meet the blue eyes of his best friend directly, encouraging him to continue with a nod of his head. “A lone she-wolf from what I understand, hardly a quarrelsome wolf. A bit roughed up from what I’ve been told as well. Not by our own though.” Erix stated, expressing that the wolves of their pack hadn’t been the cause of the she-wolf’s current state. “Come on then.” Theo sighed, mildly disappointed his solitude was being interrupted. The pair of wolves descended the flight of stairs that led to the first floor of the pack house before Erix briskly began leading the way towards the location the she-wolf was found. If Theo was led to believe this was a threatening wolf, he would have shifted to make a point, but if diplomacy was an option then he would front with his human form. As Theo enclosed on the she-wolf’s position, the shifted wolves in the area began to pull back to make way for their alpha. It wasn’t much of a walk before Theo came to a stop a short distance from the individual that, indeed, looked rather roughed up. A rogue that had a bad run in with another pack, perhaps? Naturally Theo was more inclined to turn outsiders away, seems as how their problems aren’t his own to take on considering the many he already has… and yet the state of the female encouraged a sense of mild pity to seep into Theo’s thoughts. “Do you seek refuge or safe passage through my territory?” Theo asked in a tone not exactly soft, but not as icy as it could have been. It was rather easy to tell Theon was the pack’s alpha, even from a distance. The scent would be a dead giveaway, but just the way the surrounding wolves lowered in respect to his presence is another. A meager and injured she-wolf having shown up or not, Theon still led with a firm hand. Stepping closer with his amber gaze fixating on the female, Theo did nod to another wolf in their human form that stepped forward with a larger, heavier robe for the she-wolf. “Garb yourself miss, the cold spares no one this far north.” Theo spoke, but more so warning her that the temperature was expected to drop very soon. While the largest pack in the area, Theo’s pack reigned primarily over the northernmost region. And while it wasn’t winter yet, temperatures overall in his territory are not very welcoming, especially at night. Besides, Theo assumed the she-wolf would appreciate a gesture of good will. Though her answer to his question would determine how far his kindness would extend. If she answered refuge, then he was obligated to offer her a safe haven. Which in all honesty looked like she could use. Should she speak of safe passage though, then Theo would be quick to allow a pair of warriors to escort her to the east of his territory before shooing her along. The alpha was curious of course of why the small female was in such poor shape, but it’s not his place to inquire until basic matters are sorted out.

Jezebel waited nervously. Many eyes had came to see what the commotion was all about. It was nerve wracking to not know what her fate may be for trespassing. Some packs were known to be ruthless and execute or imprison invaders while others released them to go on as they pleased. Jezebel could only hope that the first option would not be hers. After a while, attention left her and people began to give small bows. The next thing to happen was the scent of a powerful person to hit her nose. Jezebel knew that she had the audience of the Alpha of that pack. Her broken gaze rose to view the man before immediately dipping back down and she bowed her head in respect. He was quite the intimidating figure and fear ran through her. At least, that was until he spoke to her asking what she sought. "Refuge would be an answered prayer, but if you would rather not have me, then safe passage would be enough for me," Jezebel spoke before flinching at the sound of a distant, familiar howl. She knew her old pack would not be likely to give up on her. Her alpha was a terrible person and ruled his people by filling them with fear. As the alpha stepped forward, Jezebel tensed and stepped back slightly in habit. Any time that people had came towards her during her times of imprisonment, it was never good. She somewhat knew that this man would not hurt her, but her guard wouldn't let down for anything. Jezebel eyed the human who offered her a robe wearily before taking the robe with a small nod of thanks. Her frail body had a show of bones as well as its fair share of cuts and bruises. Jezebel put the robe on. It engulfed her and slightly weighed her down, but it offered a warmth that was heavenly. She knew there would have been a slim chance for her to survive the night if it weren't for her having ran into the territory of this pack. She had already been quite cold even though her time in her human form had been short. Afterall, even her fur did little help due to its ragged state. "Many thanks to you, sir," she spoke as she met his eyes for a moment. If he'd indeed offer her a place there for the time being, she would he ever grateful for him. She wasn't so sure even safe passage through the land would fix her issues.

While Theon's pack is far from the oldest on this soil, they have acquired quite the reputation. The Ravix pack have always been diplomatically merciful where it's needed, and ruthlessly cutthroat at other times. Theon has always been more lenient towards rogues and various stray wolves, though really only going as far as offering safe passage through his land. In the case of the she-wolf before him, Theon was being kinder than usual. Though her circumstances required a bit more of a gentler hand from the looks of it. Theo observed the respectful nature the female gave to his presence, which was the best thing she could do to acknowledge his superiority. As per most alphas, his gaze does not waver from the individuals he's speaking with, and so his amber eyes stayed glued to the female. "Refuge would be an answered prayer, but if you would rather not have me, then safe passage would be enough for me." Theon's expression stayed deadly neutral for a moment as he pondered whether it would be best to send her on her way, or allow her to stay. Only when a distant, foreign howl pierced the air did Theo move his sights from the female. His own wolves pinned their ears back, bristled their fur, and released a few rumbling growls. If another pack was eager to get their claws on her, then perhaps her presence in his pack would be more of a burden. The alpha wasn't looking for trouble with other packs, although any pack that would dare step up to Theon's would be making a grave mistake. Even with the numbers having dwindled since the disease, Theo's pack was still the greatest of the primary 4. Finally his eyes traveled back to the she-wolf so he could provide his answer. "For the time being, as alpha, I grant you refuge with the Ravix pack. Should you become more trouble than you're worth though, she-wolf, then I will personally see you escorted out of my territory." Theon spoke coolly, allowing his accent to slip evidently into each of his words. Watching as the female put the robe on, all Theon had to do was send a silent glance to Erix, to which the blonde beta nodded before gathering the attention of the warriors. If another pack was out in close proximity of the territory, then it was Erix's job to closely monitor the border lines and report any bold behavior from the rival pack. "Many thanks to you, sir." Theon's gaze switched back to the female, to which he provided a nod. "I'll personally see you to the pack house." Theo stated, gesturing for the she-wolf to follow his lead before he turned to begin the walk back. "Forgive my lack of formality," Theo said over his shoulder, "I'm alpha Theon Ravix." The male spoke. "Do you have a name?" He asked, although he wasn't opposed to just calling her "she-wolf" should she not immediately provide a name.

Jezebel squirmed beneath his unwavering gaze despite the fact that it was quite common amongst alphas to keep eye contact. She mainly wondered if he'd let her stay now that they had an idea that she was being chased. Upon hearing his words saying that she could stay, Jezebel visibly relaxed a bit. She knew she wouldn't be able to stay long, but at least she'd be able to get her strength and energy back. Jezebel also recognized his pack name, and she had made it not quite as far as she thought she had. While she knew that that particular pack was strong and powerful, but she didn't know how well they'd combat the ruthlessness of her old pack, the Claxton pack. Jezebel obediently began to follow the alpha as he said he would take her to the pack house. "It's quite alright and it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Jezebel Kingston," she said softly as she looked up at him. "I'm going to be very honest with you, Alpha Theon. My former pack, pack Claxton, had pursued me up until I came into your territory. I cannot promise that my presence here won't be an issue..." she didn't go any further in depth than that, simply because she wasn't a pity party or to think about her impending doom once she left the territory of this pack. Jezebel lowered her gaze once more and tucked a strand of her blonde hair behind her ear. She was grateful for the refuge, but she already dreaded the attention that she was bound to get as a newcomer. Especially as one in her condition.

Quite honestly Theo wasn't sure exactly how long he would allow her to stay. For certain, he knew the outsider would be sent off if her presence was more troublesome for both Theon and the pack. Considering another pack was already after the she-wolf, he may be sending her away sooner rather than later. Theon was shooting to at least see the female heal enough to be able to continue elsewhere, but the alpha wouldn't make any promises. "It's quite alright and it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Jezebel Kingston." Amber eyes moved down to meet the gaze of the she-wolf, as he quickly sorted through his internal bank of names. Seems as how hers didn't stand out was a good thing, since enemies usually have the most memorable names. "I'm going to be very honest with you, Alpha Theon. My former pack, pack Claxton, had pursued me up until I came into your territory. I cannot promise that my presence here won't be an issue..." Jezebel had the alpha's full attention, though to ensure his walking went smoothly his eyes silently traveled forward. The pack name was familiar to Theo, seems as how every alpha needs to be familiar of the packs that surround their own pack. But at least he knew now that Jezebel had belonged to a pack, and while he's heard a variety of rumors about pack Claxton... did Theo really want to risk accepting a wolf on the run from another pack? What did she do to earn such treatment? If Jezebel was known for treasonous acts, then Theo wasn't too keen on having her around. "My former statement stands regardless, Jezebel. If you're more trouble than you're worth, you'll be leaving my territory." Theo spoke, glancing to her to ensure his message was well received. A part of that message was to imply, subtly, that if she can prove herself to be a wolf worth having around, one that can successfully aid his pack in varying ways, then he'd have more reason to allow her to stay. But he will not keep free loaders. Time to heal is one thing, but beyond that she'll either be sent off, or she'll prove herself useful. As the pack house came into view, Theon continued to lead the two of them up to the back doors of the house. Opening one door, Theo gestured for Jezebel to enter first before he followed behind her. It was fairly quiet in the pack house, considering the wolves that stayed here were either out patrolling, in their own rooms, or they stayed at their own personal homes elsewhere in the territory. The back doors led into the main living halls, to which Theo then stepped forward to navigate Jezebel through the halls. When they came to the main, ballroom sized space on the first floor, Theo took a sharp left to be able to ascend a staircase that led to the second floor. The larger room on the first floor is where he typically makes larger pack announcements, where special pack occasions are held, etc. The second floor was spacious, though only three rooms were spaced out on the second floor. Theon's, Erix's, and the room Verena used to have across from Theo's. If there were any empty rooms open downstairs he would have stuffed Jezebel there... but unfortunately Verena's former room is the only vacant one. Hesitating in front of the door, Theo drew in a steadying breath before entering the room he hasn't seen in months. It was empty now, with only simple things such as a bed, dressers, a closet, full bathroom, and other non-personal things living in the room. Theo honestly couldn't tell if Verena's scent still very lightly lingered in the room, or if he was imagining it, but he ignored it before turning to face Jezebel. "This is the room you'll stay in for now, make yourself comfortable," Theo said, far more hesitantly then he meant to. "None of our medics are here tonight, but I'll send for one to meet you in the morning if you'd like. In the mean time, I can bring you any items you think you'll need for the night. Bandages, clothes, towels for a shower... whatever you think you'll need until I can better accommodate you tomorrow." Theon spoke while his amber eyes stayed on her figure. He would probably need to bring a bed set so she had blankets and pillows for the bed since it was rather bare at the moment. But Theo wasn't expecting anyone to ever reside in this room again, so naturally he kept it vacant.

Jezebel didn't like the thought of leaving the pack, but she didn't want to cause him any trouble either. "You won't have to worry about it. If things seem to take a turn for the worse during my stay, I'll be leaving. I don't want anyone else to involved with my affairs," she said with a bluntness to her voice. Jezebel knew she shouldn't ask for more than what she'd already been given. She knew eventually she'd be needing to earn her keep if she were able to stay. She had used to be a solider, but those days were long past her. The trauma she had endured had made sure of that. For now at least. That being said, she'd have to find other ways to serve. Jezebel further relaxed as she saw that the pack house was not near as busy as she had thought it would be. She took in her surroundings, but not for too long as her short legs had to work fast to keep up with alpha Theon. She'd been blessed with shortness by her mother, who stood only two inches taller than her at 5'0".
Jezebel was glad to see the top of the stairs as her body had grew increasingly tired. She stopped along with the alpha and stood a small distance from him. She had indeed noticed how he seemed hesitant to go inside that room, but she dismissed it from her mind until she had heard it again when he said to make herself comfortable. She had noticed the scent of someone unfamiliar and she could only figure that this had used to be a loved ones room. "Yes, that would all be wonderful. I really cannot thank you enough," she said with a small nod. This room was far better than she had in a long time. A shower is what sounded truly amazing. She felt disgusting and she knew the water would help her aching body.
