Name: Anwaraidd(If he permits, Anwar suffices) Age: 5 Rank: Alpha Appearance: Anwaraidd has dark grey fur with streaks of red running throughout, similar in appearance to a burnt-out fire with live embers still buried beneath the ashes. His fur looks rough, but it is almost always perfectly clean. A chip is missing from his left ear, and he has a large scar on his shoulder that shows even through his thick pelt. Anwaraidd is much larger than most wolves, and although he's not overly bulky, he is very clearly muscular and strong. Despite his size, he moves with grace and dignity. He carries an air of authority and command, and even without his considerable size, he'd still be very intimidating. Anwaraidd's eyes are a deep orange, almost crimson, piercing and bright. His expression is usually one of contempt, impatience, and a little bit of anger. Sympathy and understanding definitely aren't in his arsenal of expressions, nor are many others. Personality: Anwaraidd is, in a nutshell, an Alpha. He is in charge, and he makes sure that everyone knows it. He does not tolerate disobedience; once an order is given, it had better be done, or there are consequences. He is hard on his wolves, and there is not a single member of his pack that does not fear him. Anwaraidd is not afraid to back his orders up with force. It is not uncommon to see wounds, sometimes severe ones, on his pack members. He is used to wolves sidling away from him to get out of immediate reach, something he finds amusing. He is not kind, patient, or understanding. Anwaraidd is a fighter; he enjoys combat, and there are few who can match is power and skill. His pack is a pack of warriors; he values combat skill above all else. He is also very clever and intelligent, crucial characteristics of an Alpha like him, although sometimes he can be blinded by bloodlust, which often results in injuries that could have been avoided. Anwaraidd despises weakness of any form, be it age, disability, or even youth. Although he'd rather see them gone, he keeps elderly wolves around, knowing their value as the most learned and intelligent wolves in the pack. If a wolf is too severely injured to be useful, then he is alright with their deaths, as they no longer serve a purpose .He won't harm pups, no matter how small or weak they seem. He says its because the pack needs more fighters, but perhaps there is some hint of kindness in his heart... Edited at August 7, 2022 07:31 PM by Eternal Calamity

The multi-colored she-wolf slowly lifted her head and slowly looked to the right side. Her eyes searched for prey. "Nothing..." she muttered to herself. She then looked to the left side. Her eyes surveryed the open area. "Nothing..." she said to herself again. She thought to herself. "Well I guess I should go searching for prey." She said to nobody. . . As the she-wolf slowly got to her feet. She lowered her nose to the ground and began sniffing the ground. Nothing. She started walking in circles, the circles getting bigger each time. Finally, she caught some scent belonging to a deer herd. She was always smart about hunting deer. She always targets the weaker deer. After walked a mile and the scent getting stronger and stonger, the deer came into view. . . She crouched to the ground and slowly made her way towards the group. She stopped about 10 feet from them and watched them. She watched their movement to find the weakest. There was many fawns, but since she is nice she doesn't kill baby animals, only adults. She will only kill a baby if its suffering or too weak to live. Finally, she spotted a weaker older deer. The deer looked to be about fourteen years old. She stood up and ran straight at the deer. She watched as all the deer scrambled out of her path as she headed towards the elder, after chasing the deer for a long distance, which she didn't realize she had chased it into a pack territory. She jumped attacking the deer. . . The she-wolf bit down on the deer's neck multiple times and dug her claws into the deers back. After tightening her grip, the deer collasped and she didn't release her grip until she knew the deer was dead. She slowly got off of the deer and used a claw to tear into the skin. She then crouched down by the deer and began eating as much as her stomach would allow her too. Once her stomach was full, she walked over to the river near by and dipped her muzzle into the water, washing off the blood from her muzzle and paws. She also took a drink. . . She lifted up her head and took a deep breath. Her right eye caught the sight of a cave. "Hm, I wonder if that's empty." She said to herself. She turned around and started walking, her walking then turned into trotting towards the cave. She ducked inside and saw it was empty. She walked into the cave and walked into a circle close to the left side of the cave. She wrapped her tail around her body and looked out the entrance before laying her head on her paws and slowly falling asleep. As she fell asleep, she heard birds chirping. It was around twelve pm, but she was only taking a few hour nap after hunting. She knew she was on a pack territory but as she fell asleep she thought to herself, "They wouldn't find me if it was only a few hours, right?" slowly but surely she fell asleep. Anwaraidd slowly crept forward, his eyes locked on his prey: a fat brown rabbit, completely unaware of the tremendous danger it was in. Anwaraidd set his paws down carefully so that they wouldn't crunch the dead pine needles beneath them and alert his prey to his presence. Once he judged he was close enough, he paused, watching. Then, he pounced, slamming the startled animal into the ground with is massive paws. The rabbit squirmed, but was unable to escape. Anwaraidd regarded it for a moment, then clamped his jaws on its spine and bit down hard. He felt its last struggles as it died, then he picked it up in his jaws and began making his way toward the clearing where he had instructed the rest of his patrol to meet him. Anwaraidd's territory consisted of several miles worth of verdant pine forest, cut directly through the center by a river. Dozens of separate streams criss-crossed throughout the land. The terrain was smooth and even for the most part, although there were several areas where the ground was rocky and broken. As Anwaraidd walked beneath the pine boughs, golden sunlight filtered through the green canopy above, casting ghostly shadows along the ground. The air was still and heavy, a sign of rain soon to come. However, all the natural beauty was lost on Anwaraid as he caught an unfamiliar scent. His eyes narrowed, and he followed the scent for a short distance, then paused, remembering the rabbit dangling from his jaws. He turned and ran the rest of the way to the clearing, where he spotted the four other wolves that had come out with him. When they saw him, they all hastily dipped their heads respectfully. Anwaraidd dropped the rabbit. "Take the prey back to camp," he growled. One wolf nodded and said, "Yes, Alpha!" The four wolves picked up the prey, the one picking up the rabbit looking nervous as he came close to Anwaraidd. Anwaraidd snarled at him, and he quickly ran after the others with the rabbit. Once they were gone, Anwaraidd retraced his steps and found the scent again. It was definitely a wolf, and not one that he knew. Well, they were about to find out what happened to intruders. Anwaraidd's claws twitched in anticipation as he continued along the way. Soon, he caught the smell of deer blood as well and gave a quiet growl to himself. They'd be doubly sorry for daring to hunt on his lands... Anwaraidd spotted the partially eaten deer carcass, then followed the scent of the intruder to the riverbank. He looked around for a moment and spotted a cave. The scent was coming from there, so he made his way over and ducked inside. He spotted the wolf immediately. It was darker in the cave, so he couldn't tell what they looked like. It was asleep, but not for long. Anwaraidd crept forward until he was standing right next to them. He waited for a moment, then quickly placed a heavy paw down on the back of their neck, pinning them in place. "What are you doing on my territory?" He snarled, deliberately putting as much fury into his voice as he could and digging his claws into their skin.

The she-wolf was laying there in the corner of the den asleep until... the wolf came into the den looking mad and attacking her. She gasped as she struggled. "I-I'm s-sorry, I m-mean no h-harm. I was just o-out hunting, I chased a deer h-here. I don't know where the pack lines are." she said. She was breathing hard. . . Her small heart was racing at a million beats per second. "M-My name is Cr-Crystal." she whispered not sure if heard her. She slowly started to roll around trying to from underneath his paw. He was strong, she would give him that. After a while of trying she finally slipped away from him. The she-wolf slowly started to crawl towards the cave entrance. Once she was at the cave entrance. . . The she-wolf jumped to her paws and took off and ran without looking back. Her plan was to make it across one of the many borders. Since the pack territory was so large the male who attacked her would likely be able to catch her. She breathing hard, she had tears forming in her eyes as she attempted to run for her life. . . Her mind was racing with thoughts of what happens if she doesn't get out and the male is able to catch her. 'He would probably send wolves after me.' She thought to herself. She was so focused on one thing.. escaping. After a while she had to slow down and take a rest by a tree. She then slowly walked towards a stream to get something to drink.
