RP Rules
❄━━ Follow ALL WP rules. This includes keeping everything PG-13.
❄━━ Romance can be present, but keep in mind that these characters are on a mission. MxF only.
❄━━ Don't kill another person's character without permission. Another roleplayer cannot kill yours without permission, but I, as the Game Master, might. I have rules for myself for this and tables for how this might occur. Please don't flame if this happens; characters are far less likely to die here than in my non-limited RPs.
❄━━ Characters inactive for over a week with no explanation will be killed.
❄━━ Minimum post size is five sentences with five words or more. No maximum post size, add as much description as you'd like. Do not consistently post at the minimum.
❄━━ Spelling/grammar mistakes must be kept to a minimum.
❄━━ If there are fights between two PCs, you will not be able to dodge every hit, or score every hit. Naturally, guards will have an advantage against technicians. Fights with non-PCs may vary, but I will try to give you hints about what not to do.
❄━━ Respect your fellow roleplayers.

OVERVIEW
❄━━━━━━━━━━━PLOT━━━━━━━━━━━❄ Once upon a time, the snow stopped after winter.
Trees, they say, had green leaves. The sun was bright. Everyone lived in big buildings that were solid and dependable.
But that was in the time of the humans. They were proud, and smart, and took care of us. They created us, and taught the earliest of us to think and speak.
Then, the war came.
Those great minds turned against eachother, and they destroyed themselves, most of us, and almost everything else. When it was all over, the world was changed forever.
At the time, we - or, our ancestors, I should say, since it's been seventy years - didn't know that would affect the Eden Sattelite. The Eden Sattelite regulated the entire climate of Earth - keeping the global temperature balanced, preventing large-scale disasters - but when no one was left to maintain it, the Eden Sattelite began dropping the temperature dramatically, and it doesn't seem like it's stopping anytime soon.
You are the brightest minds we have. It's up to you to find the last starship, get it started, and fly it up to turn the sattelite off. Here - this is the best map we have.

❄━━━━━━━━━━━SETTING━━━━━━━━━━━❄  (Image made by Talen using Wonderdraft)Both the time that has elapsed and the cataclysm of the humans' downfall have changed the world dramatically from what it had looked like in the past. The greenish water holds a universally greasy taste, and in certain lights it seems to shine. Groundcover is either grey snow, brittle grass, or most commonly the refuse of technological society. Going out without shoes is ill-advised, as shards of broken glass can be found almost everywhere. Smoky clouds hang in the sky, often obscuring the sun and moon. The Expedition Camp is where the three houses are located on the map. This is a small forest growing in what was once a building complex. Most of the complex has been drowned by the nearby lake. Most of the area past the Expedition Camp is unknown, but rumours abound regarding the Deathdunes to the east (red zone on the map). Everyone who has gone to explore them has never returned. |

Current Conditions
LOCATION
Currently, the team is at the base camp. NPCs are there to see them off. The sickly brown trees of the forest around them look almost inviting compared to the sickly silvered ground of the wildlands in the distance.
TIME AND WEATHER
Currently, it is a summer day. It is colder than it was before the cataclysm, of course, at around 50 degrees Fairenheit. The sky is clear, though as usual the sun is obscured by greasy grey clouds of left-over pollutants.

Oh, no.
The rest of the world was broken, too?
Breeze had been telling himself that it wouldn't be like this. That maybe the fall had hit his town more severely than the rest of the world. That things would be okay.
Of course not.
The surroundings were dim, but the young wolf was used to that; he could count the cloudless days he'd seen in all twenty-three years on one paw. Taking a deep breath, he focused back on the forest. The familiar sight of the brown trunks and withered leaves reassured him. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
Anxiously, Breeze patted Spark's nose as the gelding nuzzled him. Breeze's tail swished nervously behind him as he focused on his steed rather than his companions. |

Libby/medic/M: her family, Breeze, open Libby hugged her mom as tight as she could, digging her head into her moms fur. "Ill miss you so much mom," Libby said into her moms fur. It sounded more like, "Ill mest you so lunch," though. Her mom knew what she meant though. "Ill miss you too but you got to remember, stay strong and heal others." Libby nodded before finally breaking away from the hug. She wanted to cry but she knew she must stay strong. Libby then hugged her little brother before grabbing her backpack. "I love you mom and brother. Ill stay strong if you do!" She then turned away with tears forming in her eyes. She then quickly got herself back together before walking over to Breeze to get her Nightmare, King. "Hi, im here to get King. And ummm, when do you think were going to leave?" |

Venus/guard/M: her family Venus pushed away from her dads grip as he tried to go in for a second hug. "Daddd, you know i dont like hugs very much or goodbyes for that matter. Besides im sure we have to go soon." She was about to grab her backpack when her oldest brother picked her up in a hug. Venus had three brothers. She had her oldest brother, her twin and her little brother. Her oldest brother was the most annoying brother in the world and he made sure to remind her every chance he got. As he squeezed her tight Venus had enough so she kneed him in the stomach. When she was little she used to have to deal with it but now? Now she could stand up for herself. He wheezed and said, "Owww." Venus rolled her eyes. "Please, that was a baby knee. I couldve done it alot harder." Just then both Venus and her older brother started to laugh. Sure he was annoying sometimes but Venus loved him. And sure they probably got some looks for laughing when it was practically the end of the world but Venus didn't care as she laughed. |

Agate l Suvivalist l mentions: Open Agate looked around nervously no one had came to see her go. She was nervous to go, but exited to, she had never explored this far. The trees looked inviting to her and she wished that the crowd would go. Couldn't they leave without the overly large crowd? Sure she got the others had family's that wanted to say goodbye but could they be quick? |
