Human-Hybrids RP Thread Deep in Red Fern Forest, many creatures live and survive. Including the Human-Hybrids. Although they do not call themselves this. They prefer to be in a pack. This pack is called the Andi Dýra Pack which translates to Animal Spirit. Yes. These Hybrids seem to be animals and humans. Many have ears and a tail and very few have gained a change in skin or hair. Over thousands of years, this has been frequent and steady. Nothing much has changed and everything in the pack is peaceful. Until just over two decades ago......something is very different. A new group of 16 has gained more features. The group has many more features of their animal...and many can transform into them. The group has become very kind to them until this discovery. They are now after the kids in the hope to perhaps test them or even keep their blood for others. The 16 say no and feel unsafe with their own pack. One night, they gathered everyone up and took them deeper into the forest only about a mile away from the pack and it's only a matter of time before they are found. They have to find refuge. Where you may ask? To an island off the coast. They don't know how far it is or how long it will take but they believe and will get there...or will the pack find them? Join and find out yourself. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* ~~Roles~~ Leaders (2/2): Theo King|20|M|Pg 3|(Wolf)|Free-Claw12 Achlys|17|F|Pg 4| (Snake)|Glacialis Co-Leaders (2/2): Topaz "Tobey" Pauper|23|F|Pg 1|(Grizzly Bear)|Reverie Omica|16|F|Pg 5| (Horse)|Mist Runners Healer (1/1): Sylvar|21|M|Pg 5| (Deer)|Rainbow Heart Patrollers (3/3): Arlo Kier|15|M|Pg 5| (Otter)|Reverie Arya|15|F|Pg 8| (Snow Leopard)|Spiritus Lunae Lyra|16|F|Pg 7| (Owl)|Lykalo Warriors (3/3): Chloe ClearPaw|15|F|Pg 1| (Dog)|The Midnight Wolves Emmet Mauricio Oshéan|21|M|Pg 6| (Red Randa)|Cicatrize Eikarr|17|M|Pg 8| (Fallow Deer)|Lykalo Hunters (3/3): Clover|16|F|Pg 3| (Lynx)|Nightwalkers Skya Black|21|F|Pg 3| (Snake)|Free-Claw12 Tarn|15|M|Pg 7| (Tiger)|Argos Kids (3/3): Matei|13|M|Pg 8| (Wolf) Ravensrun Zen|7|M|Pg 6| (Mouse)|Rainbow Heart Rylee Davison|10|F|Pg 7| (Sheep/Lamb)|Ellyllon Ratios: M: 8 F: 9 *______________!_____________* LINKS!: Sign-Ups: Will put soon Discussion: Will put soon RP Thread: You're Here *______________!_____________* Location: Around a mile away from the pack in an area surrounded by trees and several bushes, they are patrolling the area and are moving when the sun rises and they stop after the sun sets. Chloe|F|15|Warrior|Border Collie|M: Open Chloe opens her eyes. She was lying on the ground under a tree. Sitting, up, she looks around, seeing mostly everyone asleep. She sighs and lays on her side. She turns her ears behind her, listening for any movement coming from the others. Another day, more running. She thinks. Edited at April 3, 2022 02:12 PM by The Midnight Wolves

Clover/F/16/Hunter/Bobcat/ M: Chloe/C:Open She jumped out of the tree with a quiet thud. She stood up straight and looked around. It was a quiet, warm, pretty morning. "It's going to be hot today." she outloud to herself. She started walking through the woods, towards where the others were. She found Chloe under a tree. "What are we doing today?" she asked her.

Chloe|F|15|Warrior|Border Collie|M: Clover Chloe looked behind her. Clover was standing close to the tree she was under. "Hmm. I'm not sure. The leaders aren't up yet." She sat up once more, her tail curling around her. She looked into the sky. The sun was rising and you barely see the top of it through the trees.

Clover/F/16/Hunter/C:Open/M:Chloe Good point." she replied. "Well want to get some breakfast?" she asked. She was starving. She didn't eat supper last night. She listened to the wind, and the birds. She smelled the air. She smelled birds, a racoon near a creek. A creek. "I could catch some fish?" she asked trying to be friendly.

Chloe|F|15|Warrior|Border Collie|M: Clover Chloe hesitated for a moment and said, "Sure, why not." She crawled out from under the tree and stood up. She brushed some leaves off of her tail and from her hir although she knew they weren't all out. She would deal with that later though. "Where to?" She asked, smiling.

Clover/F/16/Hunter/Bobcat/C:Open/M:Chloe She listend again. "There's a creek over there." she said pointing to a clearing near by. She walked over to it, and when she made it to the clearing, she looked around and seen the creek. It was a decent sized one, maybe up to her chest at the deepest spot. She walked over to it, and pulled out some fishing line and a hook, she always kept in her pocket. She broke off a big stick off of a tree, and sat down on the creek bank.

Arya / F / 15 / Patroller / Snow Leopard / M: Clover; Chloe (ind.) Arya's mind whirred. She scanned the surrounding area from a small hill that she had climbed that morning. In her role, she and the other patrollers had gone to scope out a suitable trail to te coast, one they could survive on. She saw Chloe and Clover heading to the stream and decided to head down there too. Changing into more of her snow leaopard form she bounded down the side of the hill and soon reached the stream.

Tarn | Male | 15 | Hunter | Tiger | M: Clover (ind), Chloe (ind) Tarn’s yellow-grey eyes blinked open. The night had passed and it was morning. He had woken up to a bright ray of sunlight peering through the forest and into his eyes. He protected his sleepy eyes with his hand and quickly blinked. What a wonderful way to wake up, he thought with heavy sarcasm. The bright light still muttered his eyesight with the strange transparent fog of greens and blues. He looked around the camp. Several others were sleeping still. Some were peaceful, like they were a normal hybrids and were dreaming of a different life. Others were mournful which reflected everything that had happened to them. Their small group of seventeen had gone through so much already. People who they grew up with were hunting them, perhaps even some of their own parents. He had officially started the day in a cross mood. The sun waking him up and now his woeful thoughts. He certainly hadn’t waken up with his best foot forward. He shrugged uncaringly, it didn’t make much of a difference, did it? He looked around the campsite once more. The patrol was out. He noticed their absence. It was amazing how three people made the camp feel empty. He recounted. No, there were two out as well. A fellow hunter, Clover, part lynx and the border collie girl, Chloe. Curious to where the two girls went, he transformed himself into a tiger. The process was getting better. It was quicker, less painful. He remembered when he first shifted; he had fainted. Now it was like getting a couple bad bee stings but without the swelling. He still winced as his hands clenched into paws and his body became sleek and striped over his clothing beneath. A tail emerged from his backend and his face sharpened into catlike features. His nose was better and as the last whisker grew from his muzzle, he had picked up their trail. They were heading towards the creek. He decided against following them. That would be weird. However, he would keep an eye out for them and if they didn’t emerge by the time the rest of the group were awake, he would go after them. Until then, he patiently waited for the others to wake up and for the patrol to return. He was eager for the hunt.

Rylee | Female | 10 | Kid | Dall Lamb | M: Tarn; Zen, Open Rylee awoke to the gentle light of the sun and the soft shuffling of someone else nearby. Her ears flicked as she stretched, yawning as she turned to bury her face into the dirt. She kept her eyes closed, content to doze in the presence of her flock, even if the ground wasn't all that comfy to lie on. She wouldn't complain though. After all, she had at least had her fleece to help pillow her head while some of the others were left with nothing. Some of the transformations looked super soft though, like she could just sink into a cloud of fluff if she ever laid against them. It sounded tempting, but she'd never do that. Adults could be scary. If she really wanted cuddles at night, she was certain she could wrestle Matei into it. He was always trying too hard to impress the other kids. ...Maybe she could rope Tobey in as well if she was feeling brave enough. Their leader looked like she would give great hugs. Rylee laid there for what felt like ages, just enjoying the sun on her skin and the quiet rustle of the leaves above her. Everything was peaceful and she would have drifted off again if not for the object that slammed into her face. Her eyes snapped open and she shot up from the ground with a bleat. Her eyes bounced around frantically before her gaze slid to the ground where Zen was curled, tail wrapped around his waist and one leg kicked out to the side. Rylee calmed as she realized what had happened. They weren't under attack, Zen had just kicked her in her sleep. Again. She glared at the limb with displeasure, scrubbing her cheek furiously as if to clean it from whatever germs the younger boy's foot may have transmitted. This was the third time this had happened since she met Zen, and she hated to admit it, but she much preferred waking to a smack of the boy's whip-like tail or slap of his hand, rather than his foot in her face. Her nose scrunched up at the thought as she finally stood, brushing the dirt and leaves from her wool with her hands. She really needed to find a new sleeping buddy.
