Below, you'll find the rules, terms of service, pricing, and forms to claim your very own little imp. Please read everything carefully before adopting.

Rules

1. Respect the Artist: Be kind and courteous when interacting. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
2. First Come, First Served: Premades are available to claim on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment Upfront: Payment is required upfront in Mushrooms before the design is sent or work on a custom begins.
4. No Refunds: Refunds will not be given unless I cannot complete your request.
5. Do Not Claim as Your Own: You may not claim the original art or design as your own. Credit me where applicable.
6. Personal Use Only: Adoptables are for personal use unless additional rights are discussed and agreed upon.
7. Have a Toyhouse: Not necessarily a requirement, but it makes it easier as the adopts are uploaded to toyhouse.

Terms of Service

• Premades: Once purchased, you may make minor edits (e.g., name, accessories, color tweaks) but not major alterations to the design or base art.
• Customs: Customs start at the base price and may increase based on complexity. I will confirm the total price with you before starting.
• Turnaround Time: Expect up to 2 weeks for custom adopts, depending on complexity and queue length.
• Reposting: You are free to repost your adoptable with proper credit to me as the original artist.
• Reselling: You may resell your adoptable for no more than what you paid unless additional art or value has been added.

• Premades: Base price of 100 mushrooms.
• Customs: Base price of 150 mushrooms

Accessories/Features: (Optional, e.g., “horns, jewelry, wings.”)
Total: (Include proof or note of payment sent)

How to Adopt

1. Browse the Premade Gallery below for available designs.
2. Use the Premade Adoption Form or Custom Request Form to submit your claim.
3. Send payment after your claim is approved.
4. Enjoy your Imp companion!
