Woah I didn't even know you could have a W2 and also be commissioned paid. I can't really complain about my pay but it could probably be better lol.

Someone would probably throw a fit if we tried to charge them that much, but I also feel like it's crappy to expect your groomer to completely transform a dog for dirt cheap. It gets really old. $300 doesn't sound terrible for a job like that. I always thought show grooms would be more expensive actually.
